Twitter fever at it's best.

 

Here is one of my favorite parts of the old drafts, something called Bloodory's distillation. I would love to see something like this in TFA.

Excerpt below from the "Rought Draft Sourcebook" by Brendon Wahlberg (found on Jedi Bendu Script Archive):
"DR. BLOODORY a portly doctor in his forties. He has perfected "Bloodory's distillation", in the form of a small clear vial filled with grey fluid. The brain is condensed into five ounces of fluid. Cloning cell samples are included so that a structural duplicate of the scientist can be reproduced. When the duplicate child reaches the age of six, he or she begins a series of injections of the brain fluid. By the age of ten years, they have received all the knowledge and memory of an experienced scientist: an old mind in a young body."

Regarding the above, I believe there is a scene in the early drafts where Padme is holding the vials of all the scientists of Naboo, and the Skywalker twins in a special backpack. That's the future of a whole planet, of a whole rebellion -- in a backpack!!


I just found another excerpt from "Draft Variations for the Empire Strikes Back":
"The rebel alliance needs Han's rich trader friend, as he now controls all non Empire related transportation in the galaxy and heads a transport guild. Han is the only one who knows where he's hiding and the Rebellion needs Han to contact him."

This makes perfect sense, even post-Empire. Large corporate entities (cleverly called rich trader friend) swoop in to divvy the spoils. This might be the pirate group in TFA.


And how about a bit of pure comedy? Draft variation of ESB:
"Luke believes he's in the wrong place and begins to leave. Yoda reveals he taught Ben, and convinces him by levitating Luke's sabre and calling on Ben. Ben appears and the two begin to fence. Luke sees that Yoda is BETTER than Ben and Yoda takes Luke to his reed house."

 

That Mark Hamill article could also just mean he walked on the Falcon while on set...not giving much away. I'm sure Every actor walked on that ship...I would even if I was not appearing on it in the movie...but I sure hope he gets on it!

Ah I'm glad the castle made it into the movie. It was one of my favorite concept pieces (besides Rey's at-at hangar)



More and more based on what's leaked I'm thinking Rey and Finn go to seek out Luke Skywalker and come across the cyborg first at the old castle and mistake him for Luke. Then Luke comes out of seclusion to rescue them. I even think there will be a scene reminiscent of Ben lowering his hood in Star Wars and Luke lowering his in RotJ as the big reveal when he does show up.

I'm comfortable with that. Sorry to hear that but to be honest I prefer the shadows if they want to cast me back I'll be fine with that.

 

Seriously be happy life is not worth it. Some people are pigs there is no changing that they need to be in the 21st century which is bad, sadly they are not
