    hey!

    found this on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/StarWarsLe...ssible_spoilersspeculation_more_planet_names/):

"Since Star Wars day is on Monday this year, Milan is celebrating it on Sunday. In anticipation of the event, the official Star Wars facebook page released a renamed version of the Metro map which names each stop after a different planet.

    Time for speculation...

Looking at the bolded names, there are a few recognizable ones of note - Naboo, Dagobah, Endor, Jakku and, most curiously, KIRA. More well known planets (Tatooine, Mustafar, Bespin, Hoth, Yavin/Javin) are relegated to less important stops on the map. I'm not as familiar with the list of planets outside of the core films - but chances are, if there's one of us here that is, they might be able to spot a few that are completely unfamiliar among the bolded planet names, they may be planets which feature in Episode VII!

Interesting to see the name Kira pop up again, instead of being associated with Rey but as a planet instead.

Edit: Here's the list of bolded planets

    LORTA

    ENDOR

    GIJU

    NEIMOIDIA

    HOK

    KIRA

    DAGOBAH

    SVIVREN

    ALZOC III

    NABOO

    DERRA IV

    ANDO

    JAKKU

    LAMAREDD

    MERSON

Also absent: Kamino, Alderaan, Coruscant (though they might have been given slightly different names in the Italian dub so I'm not sure)."

    heres the map:

I found it interesting, if theres a thread where this fits please move mods ;)

EDIT: i dont know if this map is real, i couldnt find it anywhere else yet...if this is absolute BS please dump this thread :)

    Good find.

I went through all the names I wasn't sure about, and everything on there has definitely appeared before, I'm afraid.
(I'm guessing Davaron is just a misspelling of Devaron).
There has actually been a system of planets called Kira in the EU, so I'd imagine that is the reference there too...

Planet 'Kira' makes me wonder... Could that be Rey's birthplace? Or otherwise connected to her?

As I said above, it's an old EU planet like many of the others on the list...

Could just be a knowing wink to the rabid fans. But considering the name and the common knowledge that Kira was used for Rey in production, seems odd to place a little known EU planet front and center with Jakku on this map when they could have easily given it less central placement.

Edit to add: What's with the three in the middle (including Jakku and Kira) bolded. Are those planets our Starting point, rebel base, and snow planet?

Derra IV was mentioned in the TESB Radio Drama (in a battle taking place prior to the events of the movie). The name was reused in some of the X-Wing: Rogue Squadron comics and novels...

Naboo and Jakku are close to each other, it seems.

Coruscant seems an odd one to be missing, considering its central role in the prequel trilogy, I'd be glad to see it go really, it was so boring, even the slum district was just a bladerunner homage, maybe it got destroyed in the 30 year gap.

Coruscant is one of the best Star Wars worlds in my opinion. I hope that we will see Coruscant in sequel trilogy.

I'd guess Shortology is the Italian graphic designer who created the image.

I may be reading to much into this, but..
There are three primary routes on this map.
The Red route starts at Nemoidia, goes thru Naboo, ends at Dagobah.. PT?
The Gold route has Tatooine towards one end and Endor at the other.. OT?(epic fail)
The Green route has Jakku and Kira as major intersections and springing from it is a fourth route, which intersects with Moorja, where Leonis is from. It also has the most end points of the three lines. Is it some reference to the canon rewrite to streamline things via Rebels and the ST?

    Ah, well, its a thought..
