Just a couple more pictures of the Millennium Falcon by Bandai 1/144 scale. Falcon not done with painting and decals and I just made a simple snow diorama because my idea of sand didn't work out.

    Damn dude, looks good!
I built a Jakku dio for mine, but yeah desert scapes are not my strongpoint. I would have died for an OT version, but that kit was really awesome.

Yeah I wanted to make a Jakku diorama but the sand was not working so great. I need to test more with it. Found the snow to work pretty good with glue so that's where I am. :) I did take notice of the smaller models they are coming out with, and they have pretty amazing detail with a price in the $7-$13 range. After I loose my mind on the Star Destroyer and fiber optics I think I may get some of the smaller ones and try a Hoth battle, with multiple models.
Thanks for the kind words on my projects. (at-at)

Yeah dude, I did buy the smaller 1/144 AT-ST and Snowspeeder kit. It is in scale with the AT-AT. The suggested retail is 648 JPY which is about $5.80 USD. That is why I buy mine about 10 at a time direct from Japan. Amazon yeah it's fast, but the markup is crazy. From Japan it takes almost 3 weeks to arrive, but worth it in the long run.

I'm having troubles again uploading, but the snowspeeder does come with stickers.

No I have not looked or seen any to be honest. I just got back in to models because I now have spare time when not taking my chemo treatments. You may notice from time to time I will be missing for a few days and that's why. ;)
Do you ? I would like to see some so I could get more ideas and knowledge on them and might learn something on the effects I could use. I have been just kind of shooting at the hip mostly. The Falcon lighting I used was battery powered x-mas lights lol .

Sweet, thanks for the heads up. Yeah Amazon does mark up crazy sometimes. I also use E-Bay. Heck I could use them in my AT-AT model since they are in scale with it. Glad you said that, thanks again.

Yeah there are some good ones out there. If you just do models, look for Scale Model Addicts. They do some cool stuff, great community. I do a lot of different things, like figires, dios ect. so I use Imperial Shipyards pretty much exclusively. You do get some great ideas an tips. Ive learned a lot of things from a bunch of different people.

I did get the AT-ST/snowspeeder kit, well 2 of them. I decided to start spray painting my kits so I just ordered a spray gun kit and paint booth setup. Do you use a spray gun or hand paint? I also just got the Revell Republic Star Destroyer but I have been waiting to get back on these and hope in between my treatments I can do so. Anyways happy building...lol.

Cool man! I do not use spray guns. I can't help you there brother. I use Tamiya spray cans when painting these kits, mostly.

I did get my shipment from Japan today. Finally. Dang, I forgot what I ordered. Lol. I know it was Y-wing, MF and TIE fighters, all the small models.

I hope everything is going well.

I finally got that AT-AST from Rogue one. I have to say I love the thing! It is bigger than I thought, pretty detailed for the cost, took all of 5 minutes to put together (but was still fun doing it) and it is well balanced and highly articulated...@Darth Raybo You are missing out on an opportunity if you dont try and build for Lucas or some model company. You have some serious talent in coloring and building.

Great review! I bought one a while back, but I customized it into a Star Wars ww2 mashup. Afrika korps.

I built another ww2 walker using the Bandai AT-ST. sort of a Stalingrad winter style.

Wow thanks for such a compliment @Qui Gons Gin , these are the very first ones I have done. I will be getting my paint spray gun today I think so I'm supper excited about being able to air brush my new models I got. I will post more pictures of those when I get them finished. May take awhile because my chemo treatments can really mess with me at times, but I will get them models finished just longer time ha ha.
Oh meant to ask is that the Revell Walker from Rogue One?

I'm sorry to hear you're going through that, but I'm glad you've found something that brings you such great joy. Especially since you excel incredibly at it! You'll be in my prayers.

Yep, it's the R1 walker from rivell. At less than 20 bucks, it's a steal!

Also thanks for confirming the info on the R1 walker, it will be put on my long list of models that I intend to purchase.....lol. I went on a rampage the other day (drugs is the excuse I will use to the boss ha ha) and purchased all kinds of models, so many I forgot what ones and where I got them from.....I will have to wait and see, kind of
like Christmas only I will surprise myself. ;)
