I've been traversing the Commonwealth in Fallout 4 like a shadow since last November. Off and on, stopping periodically to indulge in Dragon Age Origins and Skyrim.

I think I'll stick with continuing to master these three until Red Dead Redemption II drops. (red)

I'm burned out from BW games after Andromeda, but I have started playing Skyrim again.

Still wading through Andromeda, Fallout 4 remains in my pile of shame with Arkham Knight.

A few friends have initiated a Battlefront session for tomorrow night as it's super-cheap on Gold with all the DLC free as they try and hook in B2 presales

ARK: Survival Evolved, just messing around in singleplayer for the moment (I hear a lot of horror stories about the multiplayer servers). Skyrim, too many Dovahkiin's, too little time. Star Citizen, mostly just testing how well my pc runs it, not really playing it seriously. Sid Meier's Civ V and Civ BE. Subnautica, fun game. Lately I've found myself playing sandbox games; even though I much prefer linear, story driven rpg's like Dragon Age or Mass Effect, I'm staying away from anything attached to EA for now.

Working on fixing up an old pc in order to play some older Star Wars games that don't run well on anything newer than Windows XP. If it works out, I'll be playing KotOR 1&2, Episode 1 Racer, Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter, Rogue Squadron, Starfighter, X-Wing Alliance, Empire at War, Republic Commando, and Battlefront I&II (the originals).

Both KotOR 2 and Empire at War got an update that makes them compatible with modern systems.

Yeah, I'm still having trouble getting both KotOR's to run stable in Windows 10, I keep getting random crashes. Instead of spending hours troubleshooting and digging around the internet for more fixes, I figure it just would be more fun to have a separate dedicated computer for my older games. :)

Oh, I definitely get that. Is your KotOR II copy on Steam, because this is the only version that got this compatibility update?

Yeah, I also have the physical copy from before Steam existed. :) I haven't tried KotOR II on Steam for a while, I think I just got fed up with trying to get it to work. I could always try again. ;)

This is the thing with PC's - each one of them is a different machine and each programme (including video games) works slightly different on each machine. In my case KotOR 2 with the Restored Content Mod works really well.

For as long as I've been playing these games, I still haven't been able to play the Restored Content Mod. Hopefully sometime soon.

Replaying Oblivion. I love this game even more than Skyrim!

I think that this opinion is quite popular among people who's been playing TES games since before Skyrim. Personally, I have no opinion, as I've never played any The Elder Scrolls game and don't really have any plans to do so in the nearest future.

In my case, I'm replaying KotOR II. This time I hope to finish it, because the last time my safe file was removed when something went wrong with my laptop and I had to format my hard drive. :(

Actually Skyrim was my first TES game, but I think because I'm old school, Oblivion is more similar to what I grew up with, so that's why I prefer it.

I never played that game, but I would love to try it! I own SWTOR and have completed it many times now.

Overall, I think Oblivion had a lot going for it that Skyrim didn't. Skyrim is beautiful and it has a nice thematic setting, but Oblivion has a ton of variety in its settings (being right in the middle of Tamriel doesn't hurt with that).

I think Oblivion also had a much better story than Skyrim. Also, it's hard to beat Sean Bean as a voice actor for a major character!

Really, the two things that would ever make me pick Skyrim over Oblivion would be the random dragon encounters and the improved combat/leveling. Everything else, I'd say I'd prefer Oblivion for.

Right now I'm addicted to Injustice 2, probably one of my TOP 5 games ever!

For my birthday I'm gonna buy either Destiny 2 or Middle-Earth: Shadow of War so the wait until Battlefront 2 is less painful :D
