    Any chance of having a "premium account" option, i.e. pay a nominal monthly fee? One thing it could provide is to remove all ads - I notice recently when I open a forum I can be reading a post and all of a sudden the screen scrolls all the way to the bottom whenever the ad/video there recycles I guess......

    Nothing good ever comes of premium accounts. That's how segregation, and usually the collapse of said online forum begins. I've seen it many a time.

    Besides, I'm sure there's already a donation button. If it bothers you so much you could just donate then use an adblocker.

    Why not use adblocker? I am using Adblock Plus and I haven't seen a single ad in years.

    The issue with the screen scrolling down was happening because of a bad ad. We reported the issue and the ad was blocked.
    All of our ads shouldn't pop up or make you move up or down the site, and they should never autoplay with sound. We made sure not to use any of these although they bring much greater revenue.
    So if you ever experience an issue with an ad, report it to us and it will be immediately blocked.

    Does anybody else think avatars should be bigger? In some cases it's impossible to tell what's on the image without clicking on the profile.

    Oh, while we are at it here....what is up with the "word tags" that are popping up everywhere now? Is that an additional form of advertising? For example, screenshot from 5 minutes ago after I posted on @Mosley909 's profile. The words "protein diet" in my post are now tagged to a food site.

    UPDATE - I found and fixed the problem. "Honeyquiz" somehow snuck past my antivirus, etc, or I clicked something I shouldnt and it was added as an add-on to Firefox. To fix this, click on the "small 3 line" icon in upper right, click on "add-ons", review the list and remove those you don't want.

    We removed the video ad we have temporarily to see if it's causing some of the issues you are describing. Let us know if the experience on the forum improves.

    Suggestion for the forum......how about instead of the Top 5 most recent posts and profile posts, it be expanded to the last 10? Just to get a better idea of what is going on?

    I think that profile posts should have more than the 140 characters. There doesn't seem to be a limit on comment replies, and I can understand if spam posts are the reason for why it hasn't been expanded. However, I personally find it hard to share multi-layered thoughts and opinions on my own page. I believe this results in comments that critique an already shortened idea, which I have to then re-explain and expand upon in the comments. Just boosting it to 280-300 characters would be very, very helpful. Keep up the good work y'all!

    Yeah, and I understand if there is a fear that people will attack actors, films, Star Wars and more with an expansion. It certainly might need greater moderation, something I cannot help with and feel sorry about. But just a little post would help. Just now, I wanted to explain in a post my love for the prequels, and a critique of a fan edit. Just needed about 20 characters more, but I just didn't have it :p
