Both quotes are from Episode VIII though... Furthermore the one was said by the villain, the other by the hero. You see the point, right? ;D

 

Here are a few of the Jedi Prophecies found in Master & Apprentice, the new Star Wars book by Claudia Gray. Food for thought, speculators.

And people think the TLJ message is "let the past die". "Through him"? Anakin to Luke/Leia to Ben? Using the word "nameless" is interesting. Rey. Or non-force users in general?

i think the nameless are the victims of the wars and tyranny, particularly orphaned children who have no family and no name, and including people like Finn, whose exploitation had left him nameless.

 

Who knows if this is real or fake (probably fake), but remember that "leaked" poster before the teaser? A lot of that "leak" ended up in the teaser and on the panel.

I agree, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because of what I said regarding the other poster. Regardless, it's a badass poster.

 

Certainly not an official film poster. Potentially another one of those crappy $10 merchandise posters, though.

Q: How does it feel to be closing up the original Saga and starting this new chapter?
Kathleen Kennedy: It's a mixed feeling of emotions. We don't look at it entirely as an end, but it is the culmination of the Skywalker story. I'm also incredibly excited about where we're going and what the future holds and what the new Saga might be.

Q: How did it feel to actually be able to come back and close out this story?
J. J. Abrams: Selfishly I loved the experience of The Force Awakens so much I was nervous that coming back would somehow undo or sort of poison the waters of what that experience was somehow...and why would I want to risk that because it was such a great time. And this experience I think it ended up being an infinitely more gratifying experience. The challenges on this movie were crazy and yet I feel like everyone brought their triple A+ game.

Q: How does it feel to kind of be closing this chapter of things?
Daisy Ridley: It feels very emotional and it feels good and I think that everyone watching the film will feel satisfied and it was the right timing and all of it, it just feels like all the right pieces are falling together.

I wonder what Daisy means by"the right timing and all of it..." I've heard this a few times and I think even JJ has said this too.

 

I think by "timing" she means pacing of the film.
