The more I think of Fallen Order's story, the more I realize I really enjoyed it.

But where could a second game go?

In my opinion, this series could be a trilogy, especially since it seems so styled after God of War and Dark Souls.

    First Game (Confirmed)
So, in our first game, we have Cal in roughly 14 BBY, trying to track down a holocron to find Force Sensitive children. Some big things I'd focus on in this game are:

    - Death of the Second Sister
    - De-arming of the Ninth Sister (she's definitely still alive)
    - Introduction of Saw Gerrara
    - Introduction of Sorc Tormo, Haxion Brood
    - Introduction of Darth Vader
    - Destruction of Holocron

    Second Game ( Highly Speculative)
From there, I think we have some pretty obvious threads to continue. Seeing as Cal is no longer going after Jedi artifacts, I think that we'll see him more in conflict with the Haxion Brood and Sorc Tormo. For this reason, I predict that it'll be set more in line with 11 BBY, partially aligning with some of the events of Solo. A couple of big predictions for this game:

    - One of the planets will be Mimban, and we'll once again be working with Saw Gerrara there
    - Sorc Tormo will be the main villain, Haxion Brood will have a larger presence
    - Dathomir will return as an explorable planet, and we'll have a fight against Maul
    - Vader's presence will be heavily felt in this game
    - At some point, near the end, Cal will discover that the Empire has found another holocron (setting up the events of the final game)

    Final Game (Highly Speculative)
Since we know the Inquisitorious Order is around are recently as 3ish BBY, I'd imagine this is roughly where this game is set. Cal is now about in his early 30s (as Cameron Monaghan would be by then, anyway), a prime Jedi knight. Some predictions:

-The Empire has found a second holocron and is setting out to collect the Force Sensitive children
    - This game will tie in closely to the second season of Rebels
    - Garel will be a playable planet, though possible a linear one like Bracca. Saw may make an appearance here.
    - The Ninth Sister will return as a primary antagonist.
    - Cal will work with Ahsoka, but she'll not link him to the Phoenix Squadron, to compartmentalize their rebellion
    - Maybe Lothal will be an explorable planet
    - Maybe Geonosis will be an explorable planet, giving us the opportunity to fight Battle Droids and geonosians
    - The Zeffo, mostly ignored in the second game, will return to prominence, and we'll meet a living Zeffo from the Unknown Regions
    - The final confrontation with Vader will be on Malachor's surface as Cal attempts to hold off Vader from reaching the Sith Temple. He'll be struck down, but as he's dying he'll see through the cracks (thus shining light down below the surface) Kanan, Ahsoka, and Ezra working together and will sense fear in Vader, knowing that the Order will survive.

Anyway, that's half speculation, half a wishlist. Where do you guys think this series is going?

This is my first forum post so I’m not sure if this is in the right spot, but I wanted to get the idea out there...

what if they made a Star Wars game that was online multiplayer and had the open universe aspect of the game “No Mans Sky” with a similar fighting style for Jedi/Sith to the game “For Honor”? Your choices throughout the game would determine whether you are more on the light side or dark side, or you can be a bounty hunter or smuggler...
Basically you control your characters destiny in an open universe Star Wars game. You can buy different style ships and actually pilot them around the galaxy to different planets while interacting with other players that could be friendly or aggressive.

My hope is that in sequels Cal and Merrin become lovers. To see the Light and Dark bridge through love; the return of the Jed'aii!

It would be cool if you could switch between Cal, Merrin, Cere, and Greez during missions and accomplish different story arches.

I think it would need more playable characters and some interesting Alien choices. Maybe a Wookie or a Dowutin.

Had another thought recently too, while watching a Dark Souls play: in Dark Souls, character creation is a pretty major part of the game. Also, as far as I know, there isn't a coherence between games as far as protagonists go.

Given the sort of theme of Fallen Order being Cal toying with the idea of restarting the Jedi himself, what if the next game sees you playing as his padawan? Granted, that kinda clashes with this game's ending, but maybe the new protag is revealed as a force sensitive much how Cal was, and now he's a reluctant mentor?

That way, Cal can still play a part, but our protagonist can (finally) be customizable through a robust character creator.

I loved the open ending of Fallen Order and after infiltrating Inquisitorius, besting Ninth Sister and seeing the end of the game, I would love them to make a time jump to that time after Episode VI. In 2005, only thing we had in between Episodes 3 and 4 were montage at the end of Episode 3 and subtitles... now we have Solo, 4 seasons of Rebels, Rogue One, comic books, books, Fallen Order... yeah, that time period is really big, 15 years, but we kinda know what is happening in that time as we have these stories and see the aftermath that was there since 1977.

I would really love to see what is the Galaxy like after the Emperor's fall and defeat of Empire at Jakku. What is Cal's place in this galaxy?
Is he broadening his view of galaxy on trips trough it, rightening some wrongs along the way and some greater purpose hits him up the nose along the way?
Might be interesting to see a former Jedi in a world he doesn't neet to hide in anymore... meeting Mandalorian or helping Luke on his quest to explore the Force. Maybe exploring some Unknown Regions? One of my favorite parts in Fallen Order was approaching Illum and later Cal realizing what the Empire has done with this sacred planet and we finally got outright confirmation, that Cal really has no idea! Even tough I knew that Illum was probably Starkiller all along since 2015 release of TFA Visual Dictionary and Starkiller being on the map where Illum was, it was still powerful and one of my favorite moment from the new lore.

Also, the possibilities of meeting people like Mandalorian Din Djarin, Leia, Luke or even early Snoke...
Cal can be involved in some adventure involving the New Republic or exploring Unknown Regions.
We can see what transpired in the Galaxy... The Haxion Brood and other gangs having more influence, Imperial Remnants.
Maybe running in some early First Order situation. This era is not that much explored outside of few stories and they usually tend to stick closely to the movies. But there is this vacuum in between Episodes 6 and 7.

I would love the possibility of a second Fallen Order game taking place with the Jedi padawans that Luke trained on Ahch-To. Also, if they introduced multiple narrative routes.

    Was Luke's academy on Ahch-To?

I feel like it would've been easier to find him in TFA, if so.

I noted in The Last Jedi, there were architectural similarities regarding the smaller buildings on Ahch-to being as they were freestanding structures and I just assumed it was the same location. I could be wrong though.

I like a lot of your ideas @cawatrooper. Personally, here’s what my pitch for a Fallen Order 2 would be:
    • The game would take place like three years after the events of the first one. Cal and his friends are still on the run from the Empire and the Haxion Brood.
    • The crew of the Mantis could be somewhat like vigilantes in the Outer Rim; hopping from planet to planet and helping those in need, similar to the Ghost crew. They spread the morals of the Jedi everywhere they go.
    • Cal and Merrin have feelings for each other, but Cal is conflicted about his feelings for her and the Jedi Order’s teachings on attachments. Merrin now uses a blade similar to Mother Talzin’s and she is much more comfortable with her new friends. She still messes with Greez and BD-1 has really warmed up to her.
    • Speaking of Greez and BD-1, the two haven’t changed too much. Greez has discovered the stowaway Bogling from Bogano and treats it like a pet.
    • Cere is a lot more reclusive in this game. She’s really struggling with the Dark Side and her guilt over Trilla’s fate, but she does her best to be there for her friends. She now uses a purified version of the Second Sister’s lightsaber whenever she has to fight.
    • Early in the game, the crew meets a young Jedi-in-hiding who is living similarly to Cal at the start of the first game. Cal reluctantly takes him or her under his wing. Cere and Greez welcome them, but Merrin doesn’t trust them because he or she reminds her of Taron Malicos.
    • The crew pick up the trail of the Zeffo and the main goal of the game could be to try to find where they have fled to. Maybe the crew thinks that staying with the Zeffo will provide refuge from the Empire.
    • I really like the idea of working with Saw again on Mimban and overlapping with the events of Solo. It could show the crew finding a clue to the whereabouts of the Zeffo is located on the planet and Cal ends up helping Saw again. Cal still doesn’t want to permanently join though; he’s afraid of endangering the rest of the Rebels and he’s also not a fan of how aggressive Saw has become. Saw is angered by Cal refusing his offer again and vows that he hopes that this will be the last time their paths cross (so that way his line in Rebels about not having met a Jedi in a long time still makes sense.)
    • At some point, because of a reckless decision by the Jedi newcomer to the crew, Greez gets captured by the Haxion Brood. Merrin thinks that he or she is working with them because of their shady behavior that only she’s seen. She gets into a big argument with Cal. After which, she gets upset and runs away.
    • They find the Haxion Brood homeworld where Cal has to fight in an even bigger arena against bigger creatures and eventually against Sorc Tormo himself. While he’s fighting, Cere and the newcomer free Greez, who has been suspended in a cage above a Sarlacc Pit. After Cal defeats Tormo, his extravagant outfit could end up being caught by one of the Sarlacc’s tentacles, resulting in him being pulled into the Pit for good.
    • The crew departs the Haxion Brood world (which is in disarray) and finally finds the Zeffo on a moon brimming with beautiful plant life. The Zeffo turn out to be very similar to the Jedi and the Mantis crew thinks that they’ve found a new home.
    • Suddenly an Imperial Star Destroyer shows up in the sky! It unleashes an orbital bombardment to obliterate the Zeffo.
    • It turns out the newcomer to the crew was an undercover Inquisitor the entire time! Cal realizes that Merrin’s suspicions were right.
    • The Inquisitor has a quick duel with Cal but he is quickly overwhelmed. He almost dies until Merrin returns to save the day. The Inquisitor retreats to the Star Destroyer as Cal and Merrin make up.
    • The Mantis flies up to the Star Destroyer. The goal is for Cal and Merrin to shut down the turbolasers, so that the orbital bombardment can be stopped, and to defeat the undercover Inquisitor together, while Cere sets the Star Destroyer to explode before it can transmit the location of the new Zeffo world to the rest of the Empire.
    • Cal and Merrin succeed at their mission and the Zeffo are able to stay safe on their planet. Unfortunately, the victory comes at a heavy cost: Cere didn’t make it off the ship before it was destroyed.
    • Cal realizes that he almost fell into the same pitfall by trying to hide from the Empire like he did on Bracca. He decides that it’s time for them to join the larger fight against the Empire, but not before he and Merrin finally confess their love for each other. The game ends on a hopeful note as the crew is on their way to join the larger Rebellion in honor of Cere’s memory. Maybe we could see an Ahsoka cameo at the end?
    • But then there’s a post-credit scene that shows that Cere did survive. She was taken prisoner by a squad of Purge Troopers before the destruction of the Star Destroyer and now she is being brought to Darth Vader’s castle on Mustafar. She’s brought before the Dark Lord himself, where she breaks free of her restraints, angrily kills the Purge Troopers, and briefly duels Vader again until he again beats her. She accepts her death, but then he reveals that he plans to make her the new Second Sister instead. She says that she will never serve him to which Vader responds with “In time, you will,” as the camera pans over to a torture chair similar to the one used on Trilla. The game ends there.
I, uh, spent a while coming up with that. :D

Regardless if my ideas are even close to how the second game turns out, I’m sure I’ll like whatever story they come up with, so long as it’s as good as the first. I just hope to see official confirmation of a sequel soon!
