Finally, thank you all for playing and sticking it out for the whole season. It's been a blast as always -- I think every year things get a little tighter, which means we are all getting smarter better Luck-ier. Obviously a huge reversal, the biggest takeaway here is that @Alamact runs away with his 3rd consecutive Pick Em Title. Essentially, picking the Super Bowl correctly has an average swing of 3-4 places in the standings.

The Bonus Points also come into play in some interesting ways, both hypothetically here (before bonus, there were ties at 3rd and 5th places) and in the actual final standings (Embo was bumped from 3rd to 5th, and PrincessLeia edged out Alamact by 0.5 points for 3rd place. Lower in the standings, teline was solidly in 8th place but with her strong prop bets she earned a share of 7th with MY). And while it's hard to say how a different outcome would have affected the prop bets, had the top places last week of @Alamact and @Capt. Andrew Luck each chosen the same team in the Super Bowl, only 3 points would have separated them. Considering the disparity in the bonus points (8 highest, 4 lowest) this absolutely had a chance to determine the Champion of our game.

All in all in this is just a long-winded way of saying the the NFL is a game of inches, and so is Pick Em.

OH. And finally. What happens if you had made the exact opposite choice for every pick this year? Well, in @Meister Yoda 's case... lets find out.

Anti-Meister Yoda would have finished the year with a score of 109 points. How does that hold up against your actual score?
