Most of the songs on this list are explicit today. Sorry.

So, after the last update - like, just a few hours after - I discovered a new band named Our Last Night, whose covers have put them on my Top 2021 Music list already. I need to listen to a few more of their original songs though.

    Explicit Song Warning, once again.

Some other songs I've enjoyed this week. (I'm mad at how much I enjoy "Money.") ("One Last Kiss" is not new in either version. It was just very inspiration for a little doodle last week):

Some fun Tiktok mixes that make me ALMOST want to download the app. Almost. Just watch these and call it a day.

Lastly, a throwback. I randomly heard part of Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Can't Stop" on a Tiktok thing, and I had this sudden rush of emotion and nostalgia. It was the first song I associated with the manga Bleach. As a tribute, I'm posting below not just "Can't Stop," but my entire Bleach playlist...that I remember... It's also sort of bittersweet how little my musical taste has changed. Gesu no Kiwami Otome's "Jinsei no Hari" (Record of My Life) would fit very well with Bleach's first arc. I think I may try to pair the two and do a theme remixing thing later on.

(The number of characters in this picture that end up being plot-relevant is tragically low...)

Ai Mori’s mix is the best of the full auditions.

*Explosive is a throwback simply because I didn’t find out the name of the song until this year.

I have no idea why I have not found this orchestra previously.....but....holy cow! I wish I lived in Spain so I could go to one of their performances.

They are called Film Symphony Orchestra and they specialize in scores/themes from movies. And they do an OUTSTANDING job.....

Conductor is Constantino Martinez-Orts....who is so talented, passionate, and expressive. He clearly loves what he is doing.

Listen to their rendition of the final them from Endgame....when they are assembling for battle. Just awe-inspiring. Check them out on Youtube. They have a LOT of Star Wars themes too.

[By the way, this theme in particular is, I believe, Alan Silvestri's Masterpiece]

During my teenage years until the age of 20 or 21 I was a big fan of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Last album that I bought and I really listen with attention was By The Way realesed in 2003 if I recall well.

After that I can say that I was a little tired of them, didn't pay attention to next albuns, singles and others releases. Until two week ago....found on Yutube the first single, "Black Summer", of the new album that it wil be released on april. Really like the song and I start to explore Old songs of them. Gave a try and I start to listen The Getaway, album from 2016, and I was amazed! This is the best album of the band since Californication. Since I heard it for the first time I was in love. There are songs that sound like the RHCP from the Blood Sugar Sex Magik era. Detroit, We Turn Red and Feasting on the Flowers sound like the old Chili Peppers!!!

I was so excited with this album that I went to the internet to see the tours for the new album, Unlimited Love, and I bought the tickets! I will see them in paris in july! My first time seeing the band of my youth in a live performance.

    The Getaway:
