    It would have been better if you said "I'll reserve my judgment till later." This whole "boycotting" is pointless and your not even going to go through with it. I dunno save boycotting for more serious issues.

    We will see and Solo may still make money on casuals, but I'm 100% sure many old fans will stay at home like me. I will use the money indeed to have a 2nd and 3rd screening of Infinity War. I did not buy any ticket for Solo in advance and have no plans to do so in the future.

    I feel they owe me back money for what I paid for TLJ, so not going to see Solo is simply my way of recouping my money back. I don't expect to make some big difference in what the movie does. I hope it's good for the people that go to see it but otherwise I have no investment in it.

    For anyone else, they're even giving away $8.00 in ticket value toward (the average ticket price in 2018 is over $9 you cheapskates!) in General Mills cereal like Cheerios right now. There's even been an ad campaign for it. You have to buy 3 boxes of cereal and you'll be given the value to presumably redeem online.

    Well, I'm not boycotting anything and I'm definetely seeing the movie when it premiers. Although, our ticket prices are dirt cheap comparing to the US, so that's probably not going to help that much :)

    It is my opinion and what I can see from comments. I did not say all old fans, but quite a big number. And my motivation is the comparison between Infinity War and new Star Wars. it is the 'what could have been'.
    nope, not for me. My 3rd IW screening is in the week before Solo starts and then I go into summer vacation. ;)

    But don't worry, I won't post in this thread anymore. I know several here don't like my opinion. Enjoy the movie if you still want to support this franchise. Everyone is free to do what he wants, like I'm free to do a boycott. I also stayed true to my boycott in not buying TLJ on bluray. ;)

    Good for you, but would you people stop calling it a boycott? It comes off as you fighting for a cause; which all this is just stupid entertainment. Save boycotting for actual serious issues then just dumb movie(s).
