    Aloha!

Does anyone out there in the Cantina own one of these ‘97 Power of the Force era AT-ATs?

This pup appeared, homeless, at the end of my driveway on Saturday night. He’s been welcomed into the home, cleaned up, given shelter and dubbed ‘Veers’ for obvious reasons.

Apart from a missing canopy and cannon, he seems to be in full working order, but I could do with a second opinion from a fellow owner.

Fresh batteries mean he’s lighting up (inside) and exhibiting his happy noises, but I’m wondering if the chin cannons are supposed to light up as I can see a wire feed through the neck - but no apparent feature evident.

Can anyone tell me what should be going on as Imperial transmissions seem to be blocking the Google Rebellion from proving me with tactical schematics… or something

I had that one as a kid (still have it, just packed in a box with other SW toys) and i believe the chin cannons are suppose to light up and make a noise. a red color if I'm not mistaken.

I would sell my mid to late 90s SW toys one day but I doubt they be worth anything since I played with them as a kid.

Yep, it's noise and lights on the chin canons. I think maybe they move a little bit, too (like a sort of reloading, forward and back motion?).

My best friend had one as a kid. We always had a great time playing with it.

yep, definitely has the firing motion, but unlike mini-motorized cannons on the old 80s toy, they seem to have gone manual with this version… just not lighting up, so I presume the wiring or diodes are broken :(

Fancy leaving that at the end of a drive! I love those 90s star wars toys. Got my Luke green lightsaber somewhere...

Just now seeing this thread, but I have one of those packed away in my parents' attic somewhere! I hope I still do at least.... haven't seen it in about 20 years.
