    At the very least that would align to existing SW lore. I honestly think (and this is speculation on my part) that someone made a business decision in the middle of ST to not center SW on the Skywalkers anymore, and they painted themselves in a corner.

    When the ST started out, it felt like it was going to be a whole new story and era, with the legacy characters passing the baton. It didn't feel like it needed to be the "end of a saga", certainly didn't feel like we needed to re-litigate the fate of Palpatine, he was dead. No need to reach back. Reach forward. But the die is cast. Like I said before, we'll see what happens, and hope for the best.

    Of course Palpatine coming back was an Abrams idea because Treverrow didn't have a script after Carrie died.

    That doesn't mean that the concept of Palpatine's return wasn't an idea that existed in casual conversation before Abrams replaced Treverrow.

    Good. Many YouTubers sensed the leaks were so horrid they had to be lies. Why there is such a concerted effort to smear TRoS is befuddling. The only explanation is the Cult of Hate (TLJ Super-Haters) intend to shipwreck the movie in hopes of destroying future SW films like TLJ, i.e. Rian Johnson’s Trilogy.

    I noticed on the featurettes about the Star Wars saga shows a lot of the Original Trilogy heroes, which is expected, but when they show the prequel characters it's Obi Wan and Padme, barely a glance at Anakin. I guess no love for Anakin. I know we won't see him the TROS, but I feel bad that the original sinner won't get any mention, only his darkside persona (Darth Vader) is ever mentioned. I guess I'm grateful that we will get some more Anakin in Season 7 of the Clone Wars.

    We have to keep in mind that these angry Tubers are in the minority in the eyes of. They're not effecting decisions, despite how loud they may seem. There were other factors as to why Solo 'failed' at the box office. It's why Obi-Wan was moved to +. Although I think Obi-Wan is better as a series then a 2 hr+ movie, but whatever. It had nothing to the angry clickbait.

    I watched a interview of GL and it was labeled “GL says Disney is white slavers.” It then had a description of how GL is upset with the direction Disney had taken SW. tje actual interview, GL has let go of SW and doesn’t opine if he loves or hates the new trilogy. So these haters try to twist what is actually said; misinformation tactics:
