    Possibility of Rey making a temporary Blue version of Kylo's saber?

    It would go well with the idea of the resistance / Rey being on the run and having to construct a weapon quickly / little resources. Also, maybe something like a fully shattered crystal would cause an unstable blade but not requiring vents? So we don't get into cross-guard vs cross-guard?

    even though we got some vague confirmation on these ships being post-TLJ, i guess the full makeup and size of the fleet (potential fleet) will depend the starting point for IX? 1-2 year jump, i could see a/the fleet being very similar in number and design.

    The thing is that Episode IX is being described as an all-out war movie instead of a movie about how a tiny group of people who could fit on one freighter somehow brought down a military junta that blew up the Republic's capitol. So I imagine that the Resistance will start out with a fleet of around this size (probably a bit bigger) and will end the movie with a massive fleet nearly equal to what the First Order has. (I think that there's no way that they won't have a colossal space battle in this movie, although it won't involve another Death Star.)

    This is actually some interesting information. Given that the poster actually was on site during cleanup gives his information at least the appearance of being legit. Much more so then a lot of the crap on Reddit. It will be interesting to see how legit it is.

    I find it interesting that a lot of people on that Reddit thread are bitching about the saber. I have a few thoughts about this. First of all it was blue. Could it be a repaired version of the Skywalker saber. Yes. But it also could be a completely different blue saber. There would be no way to tell from the footage this guy supposedly saw.

    I will admit, I binged watched a bunch of Zeroh's videos, out of morbid curiosity. I seriously hope that NOBODY takes him seriously and takes his "leaks" to heart. He seems to report every piece of fanfiction and internet rumor as facts reported by "inside sources." And sometimes the next video will contradict the previous leak reported. No doubt that he's a big SW fan, but I would call his channel more entertainment/speculation than legit news.

    No but the concepts are based in our reality. In Rogue One, Blue Leader says "the Empire has the means of mass destruction and the Rebellion does not". What if the New Republic didn't just have a massive fleet of ships but a weapon of mass destruction? Peace is only achieved through strength, which holds true in both reality and fantasy.
