<p>As the third day of Star Wars Celebration kicks off, so does the 'Mando+: A Conversation with Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni' panel. Starting at 11am PT, the description says the executive producers of The Mandalorian will take 'a look back and a look ahead at what’s to come.'</p>

<p>Lucky Star Wars Celebration attendees already had the chance to watch the two of them briefly talk about the third season of the show, and take a look at a two-minute teaser for the third season during Thursday's 'Lucasfilm's Studio Showcase Panel'.</p>

<p>As we head into Saturday's panel, we wouldn't be surprised if Favreau and Filoni also had some surprises about the new Ahsoka series, which was barely mentioned on Thursday. After all, it's called 'Mando+', and if The Book of Boba Fett taught us something, it's that all of these shows are basically one overarching story.</p>

Our own James Baney is inside the room, live-tweeting what is being discussed in the panel through the StarWarsNewsNet Twitter account, and we will be updating this article with his tweets. Read on and see below:

We will be providing more coverage for the rest of Star Wars Celebration during the day and through Sunday. Stay tuned for more!

One little fact that came out yesterday that hasn't gotten any pub is that Rick Famuyiwa is back for Mandalorian Season 3!!!

He wrote and directed Season 1&2's Bill Burr episodes (I thought Season 2's 'The Believer' was awesome) as well directed Season 1's "The Child' episode. He wasn't in TBoBF and there hadn't been anything said about him for a long time so I kind of assumed he had 'moved on' after Season 2. But at Celebration, not only was it announced he'll be back as a Director, Favreau announced that he's now a Associate Producer for the show.

My gut tells me this means we'll see Migs Mayfeld again in Mando S3. :)
