....each passing day....and month....makes it better and better, IMO. I can watch certain scenes of this over and over again, and for different reasons. This coming from a space battle/X-Wing nut like me, says a lot!

Glad I got the 4K disc with the Movies Online watch anytime link, because it's not coming to D+ until July 2020!!???

Yes, Solo is very underrated. The idea of a young Han meeting Chewbacca and going on adventures is really cool to me, and I've always really enjoyed it.

I completely agree. IMHO, it would be criminal not to bring Alden Ehrenreich back for another Han Solo project, be it for a movie or TV series.

Realistically speaking, I unfortunately think Solo II is unlikely to ever happen, but I sure do hope the gang will be brought together again in some shape or form! Solo: ASWS just oozes SW love & spectacle (and is less "fan service-y" than say, Rogue One or The Force Awakens were*). I would love me some more Ehrenreich & Suotamo on adventures on the Falcon!

    (han) (chewbacca) (falcon 2)

*For the record, I like those films too.

I've thought of this before, it's a cool idea. But they would have to be smart, as Han's story can't endlessly go on. They would have to plan out a perfect conclusion that gives us the series we want, but still leaves room open for the character.

I wish we had seen more the Mudtroopers. I really like their design and I think they could have been used in a good way(not that I don’t like how they used in solo).

I would love to wake up to read Lucasfilm have announced:

    Chewbacca: A Star Wars Story
Landonis Balthazar Calrissian: A Star Wars Story

Unfortunately, I fear I must sleep to read such things, in my dreams.

I just saw Solo once so far. When the movie was released in the cinemas.

I need to check it again to see what I think about it. But I had the impression that this movie its not so great as the other Disney era movies.

Lock my friend, I have to fully agree with you here...

Initially, I LOATHED the idea of Alden playing a younger Han, not because of the actor, but because that real estate was owned by Harrison, and I COULD NOT get past the idea of another actor portraying the iconic Han Solo, AND I had ZERO interest in seeing it in theaters....not because I was "boycotting" it, but merely uninterested....and now I profoundly lament that decision to not have seen it on the big screen, but rather wait until the BR version hit the shelves.

After seeing Solo at home the first time, I sat there pretty quiet as the credits rolled, I just shook my head and IMMEDIATELY regretted not going to that theater, and that flick gets better every time I watch it...EVERY time...just like R1, and I didn't think that was possible.

Solo 2, or 3?? Hands down YES.....make it happen.

This one and TFA are the most "rewatch-able" movies of the newest SW films so far.
    (.. Let's bring K-2SO in Solo 2.. Perfection)

Agreed. Anytime those two movies are on, it's a good time. There's a sense of youthful optimism in them; like the allure of hope. It's refreshing.

I could watch an endless game of Sabacc....the SOLO Sabacc scenes are so damn good. When he shows his cards to Chewie and he "grumpfs" and looks away, shaking his head......Lando with his automatic "card up the sleeve" (by the way the first time he uses it if you stop motion you can see him slip the card out)...

....by the way we got the Hasbro "Sabacc" game (they have to call it the "Han Solo Card Game" because the term Sabacc is copyrighted or some damn thing).....anyway it is really fun to play at home with the kids....

TFA is pretty rewatchable, but I can't tell you for Solo or Tros yet. I'm not too much into frequently rewatching movies.

Well, at some point in the next 5 or 10 years Luke and Obi-wan will walk into a Cantina in Mos Eisley.

Other than that they can do anything and since they turned all of Han's backstory essentially into a big Al Bundyesque glory days weekend the sandbox is cleared to the point that as long as Han drops a shipment of Jabba's and ends up in that cantina by some point in his 30's it can work just fine.

Saw Solo in theaters 4 times and have both the novel and film! I’ve loved it since the first time I saw it.

Solo is aging like fine wine primarily because the sequel trilogy is one big, wet, rancid fart. Solo does have rewatch value. One really disappointing thing about it though is that all of the deleted scenes are great. It's just absolutely dumb that they weren't included in the finished film.

Sat through it last weekend—watched it only once in theatres—and enjoyed it a lot, even more than the first time. I like the darker atmospheres, the design of things, the action scenes and also having Maul and Dryden Vos during the last episode arc of The Clone Wars was a nice one.
