I wonder if any scenes of the Oracle were shots. At least in the concept arts its looks pretty interesting.

Yes. The scene was shot and even completed in post-production.

    It is absolutely glorious.

My favourite moment is a simple one.

PD - What are you doing there 3PO

3PO - Taking one last look Sir, at my friends.

I found this scene so poignant in as much that it summed up everything we love about SW. That is friends sacrificing themselves for the greater good.

I'm far from a soppy guy, but this genuinely brought a lump to my throat.

The end when Poe has that nonverbal conversation with Zorii.

Poe: (So... You wanna come with?)

    Zorii: (Not gonna happen.)

    Poe: (Fair enough.)

I didn't even know that was Mustafar 4 the longest time. That's how poorly edited this film was.

The entire first 5 minutes was cinematic gold. Exogol, lightning, Palpatine, Kylo on a mission, Rey floating like a true meditative powerful Jedi, etc.

The Luke ghost scene was also special, as was the twin suns scene.

Even though I liked seeing Kylo Ren raging, I have to disagree. This whole sequence was waaaaay too rushed. The original version was actually about 20 minutes long.

Luke's "The Dude" hair kinda distracted me. Haha!

What stands out, and not in a good way, is that the trailer sequence of Kylo visiting Palpatine had more punch than the actual scene from the movie.

Perhaps because the trailer made it feel like a scene that would lead into more sequences with the same vibe, and in the movie that is literally all that is to it. I was really excited to see more of Palpy and Kylo's interaction after seeing the trailer.

In general I loved the whole film. But there are some scenes and moments that really stood out for me, because of what it says about the characters.

    1. Opening scene with Kylo fighting the Vader cultists

    2. Rey meditating/training/force visions

    3. All of Rey and Kylo’s FB scenes

    4. Rey on the skimmer and the expression on her face. It’s easy to forget because of her kindness just how dangerous she can be when she wants something.

    5. The scene where Finn and Poe bicker just before they are going to be shot

    6. The conference room scene where Kylo force chokes Quinn. I seem to like that scene because it demonstrates his leadership skills.

    7. The first duel between Rey and Ren in the desert

    8. The kiss :)

    9. The conversation between Palpatine and Rey where he tempts her and threatens her to take the throne. You can see on how one hand she does want to save her friends and get revenge on Palpy for stealing her childhood. But on the other hand—given her ambition how she must be tempted to that power.

    10. The sad expression on Jannah’s face when Lando asks her where she’s from. It really speaks to not only her—but how probably most of the kids who were forced into the ST program were considered to be disposable to begin with. There’s a whole Dickesian theme that seems to run through SW.

The scene where Kylo first meets Palpatine on Exigol. I just really loved the environment.

The scene where Poe and Rey argue.

    The two-location lightsaber fight.

The scene where Jana tells Finn about her history as a storm trooper.

The big Kylo/Rey duel on the Death Star (It would've been better without Finn showing up but I digress).

    The Han Solo scene.

    The Luke scene.

Kylo fighting the KOR even though it was too short.

General Pride committing to serving Palpatine.

    Ben and Rey standing together.

Rey gazing past the battle and into the stars saying, "be with me." And then Force Ghost voices.

And I am not ashamed to admit that I loved the big Reylo moment. It was great watching them finally smooch. I thought it was the culmination of the whole sequel trilogy. The relationship between those two, in my opinion, was the heart and soul of the trilogy.
