Kylo Ren is described as a "boy" when he destroyed the Jedi Academy. He is about 29~30 in TFA. When I think boy, I think under the age of 18. So the attack on the new Jedi Order could've happened at least 11~12 years in the past, if not more. (Note: Rey is 19 but it's not stated in the movie, they just refer to her as "girl" a bunch of times.) The leaked script says that it is the first time Han has seen his son as a man when he takes off the helmet: "Han is JOLTED -- seeing the face of his son for the first time as a man."

 

He didn't answer the question. It's a complete dodge. Read between the lines. He raised a question and didn't answer it.

Q: Does 2 plus 2 equal four?
A: Why are you performing addition?



Snoke's involvement could be going back farther than age 15 as well. There's not much indication.

 

There's two entirely different attacks. Considering he just admitted that this scene is another place entirely than Luke's Jedi students, it could be referring to this.





Han Solo said that a boy did the other attack against Luke's students. That is not this image. This is the Knights of Ren.

 

Ben would have been about 24 years old 6 years ago. A 24 year old boy? That's a man. Han Solo said a boy destroyed the new Jedi Order. Bloodlines could also have scenes that take place or reference earlier times.

Pablo is directly contradicting the leaked script and novelization here. I posted a short quote above.

The leaked script also says that Han and Leia are married, husband and wife reunited.

Pablo wouldn't answer the question when asked.



Pablo won't answer how long Luke has been missing for.



Now it could be that Johnson (and Trevorrow if not yet) are just changing a lot things and disregarding things and the Lucasfilm guy (Pablo) has to juggle all these different masters that he has to deal with along with working out the book stories.

 

Added New Republic: Bloodline information. Any data points that have numbers/years attached is most useful.

 

The actress that played kid Rey could reasonably be anywhere from 4 to 6 years old. But she can't be age 10 or 13 or something like that. Only way that works is if the force vision is unreliable.
