    I found an article about the data pad Cara Dune was using in chapter 14, there were several criminals seen while she was searching for Mayfeld.
    Instead of translating myself I just copied the screenshots here, but I do not guarantee that it is correct. I will include all screenshots here, even if some of them are not alien.
    The funny part - it seems that all the criminals Mando was fighting in season 2 are put in jail :)

    In chapter 15 we have seen the local human population of Morak and a new alien race with fleshy mandibles on the head and green to blue-purple skin.
    The chapter starts on Karthon Chop Fields where we can see at least 3 other aliens.

    On the left of the Hassk there is another alien with yellow things on his head, maybe this is Solo Species #2

    Behind the pile there is another alien which is shown for a very brief moment when Mayfeld walks, maybe a Deymasollian

    Looks like the first guy in @Krali Marko Vizla's post about Dune's datapad might be the same species as the pirates from the last episode.

    Also interesting is that he apparently was wanted for stealing speeders. I guess those things on Morak were technically skiffs (I think?) but still...

    Why these jawas have red eyes?

    They had always yellow eyes in the movies.

    Any official explanation for that?

    Only Tatooine Jawas have yellow eyes. The ones in The Mandalorian are known as off world Jawas.

    Thanks for clarifying that.

    So the jawas seeing in Tatooine this season are from another planet, even if they are living or trading in Tatooine they're off world jawas.

    Correct. Though some native Tatooine Jawas are seen in the second episode of the season, within Mos Eisley.

    He is... the scene with Rey and elder woman cleaning ship parts. I really liked him in the Mandalorian season 2 episode 2 the Passenger. He tries to make a bargan with Djarin for his jetpack and ultimately meet his end.

    They are small an wear a hood, but they are not a jawa.

    A fellow of the same species, Scrapjaw Motito, also appears in TFA (a native of Jakku, apparently)
