Analysis: why the new movie is called The Force Awakens...possible link to Luke rumor

    So I think I know why the new movie is called The force awakens.

    It is because

    1: it's the return of the trilogy

    2: the dark side is back( wiped out when Darth vader and emperor were killed)

    3: the Jedi are back (assuming Luke trained more)

    4: something major happening with the force (it could be weakening and disapering for all we know, or be getting stronger. there was a rumor that Luke was beginning to lose control of his powers the force may be weakening or getting stronger making it hard to control)

    5 some other reason

    In the phantom meance the title refers to Darth maul, in attack of the clones if goes with the clones, in revenge of the Sith it referes to the Sith taking over and destroying the Jedi, in a new hope it's referring to Luke who is the "new hope" for the galaxy and rebels(last Jedi besides yoda and obi wan) in the empire strikes back the empire is well striking back( getting revenge, destroys both base like rebels destroyed Death Star) in the return of the Jedi the Jedi are returning( Luke is finally a true Jedi, training is complete)

    So The Force Awakens most like has to do something with the force since it is mentioned in the title. Like I said there was a rumor that Luke could not control the force anymore so the force could be getting strong thus the force awakens or the dark and the light side are back(Luke is not last Jedi and has trained more(light side back) Sith are back, new Sith(possible Darth Revan: I will post something on that soon)(after Darth vader and emperor was killed)

    I've been thinking about what would bring our heros back to Tatooine. Luke has no family left there and I can't see him being there for the sake of nostalgia. So there must be something about Tatooine itself that is significant. And it made me think: What if it has something to do with Anakin's creation on Tatooine? We know from the cave on Dagobah that certain places can have a special connection with the Force. Perhaps that's why Anakin was created on Tatooine of all places. And maybe that's why the Force is awakening on Tatooine.

    Maybe this awakening is a side effect of Plaguies' creating Anakin. Or perhaps Anakin was a sign of the coming awakening.

    I kinda hope Luke is living on the Lars homestead. I think it would be cool, imo...
    He returns to the homestead to hide out, the only Jedi he ever knew where both living in solitude. But I really like your idea of some side effect of Anakins birth. That's a really good idea.

    Doesn't Anakin say he's only been on Tatooine since he was around three years old? Or am I remembering things wrong here? (TPM)

    Oh, and to answer the question. I have a feeling something big is going on with the force. I still haven't let go of the "Ancient Fear" thing.

    I keep advising forum members to watch the 1982 classic sci fi movie; The Dark Crystal.
    It's very dark & violent BUT there is a reason-mission-purpose behind it. The ending has a distinct message that could be similar to the 3 film arc.
    There's a long video online of a fan explaining what he thinks the ST should be. It's a lot like the story line of The Dark Crystal.
    The "Force" can be a huge being or energy that has a specific reason for all the actions of the films.

    I believe you are correct.
    I'm also gonna say that I think the title is also alluding to Boyega's character through some major event. When Ridley's character meets up with him she possibly feels him being force sensitive?

    In the Plagueis novel it talks about Tenebrous explaining to Plagueis that the Sith are The Phantom Menace, were once they wore armor, now they wear hoods and stay invisible to Galactic affairs.

    the force is an energy, not unlike electricity
    it needs connections to flow
    humans/aliens/beings are that conduit
    once there was many went all over flowed too much lost it's clarity/strength
    then only had a few
    2 in hiding just meditating
    so the flow pushed through the 2 really using it (emp and gimp) "forcing" it out
    a new porthole opened started flowing through it/him/Luke
    kept pushing through, almost and uncontrollable amount (I would argue we have seen this from the beginning with Luke, don't think he was ever really in control of it but gave into it in a way none else had, different teaching)
    well now it is just f'ing crazy force shooting through him and he recognizes the danger and secludes himself trying to hold it contain it.......but you cant hold in electricity you cant bind the force it will start to find new pin holes new ways out
    it awakens.
