    Star Wars Underworld has some sources explaining Andys Serkis' charactar. Below is what they have to say;

    • Andy Serkis’ character basically looks like an old man, zombie like, almost risen from the dead.
    • He is being referred to as “Uber”, similarly to how Ridley is being called Kira and Nyong’o is being called Rose.
    • “Uber” has communication with Adam Driver’s Sith character, and a character played by Domhnall Gleeson. Serkis potentially is the Master pulling the strings from behind the scenes.
    • All three characters are part of the new “Empire” which Gwendoline Christie’s character is also a part of. She is confirmed to be playing a Chrome Trooper.
    Forgive me if this is a repost, I double checked and didnt see anything.

    "Uber" really hints at this character being a real badass. I'd say it might even tell us he is the main bad guy in this movie. IF there is any relevance to this rumor, that is.

    They seem to be on the same page, wich makes it feel a lot more reliable. (And by that I DON'T mean SWU or MSW are unreliable on their own in any way. There, I said that just to be overly clear and avoid misinterps.) :)

    I was mostly thinking of this line: "SWU kicked ass today with their report."

    I wouldn't use those words regaring something I didn't Believe in, so to speak. Wether MSW has the same info or not, I don't know. It was written about, wich gives it relevance coming from MSW. (IMHO)

    So serkis is a badass sith master and Adam Driver is a sith fanboy who wants to be his apprentice. I like it. Really interested in hearing Dohmnall Gleeson's role. Really hope he is a good guy though. A brilliantly humble and modest charisma. Can't see him as a bad guy at all. Unless his acting chops are oscar worthy or something.

    Only thing I didn't see coming out of all of that is Gleeson apparently being a bad guy, like Hufflepuff said that doesn't really fit Gleeson's acting talents at all

    Risen from the dead fits what I think this character will be. To me that is what "the force awakens" partially means.

    I thought I read somewhere a while back that the main villain makes pazuzu look like a pu$$y. That would fit this description.

    It's possible, however unlikely, that the rumor of Gleeson playing a young Palpatine in a vision/flashback is true. Which, IF true, could explain how Gleeson's character has interactions with "Uber".

    Yeah that was one of the first rumors but it was refering to Max von Sydow.
    Plus it was from the same guy to said the title of the movie was "The Ancient Fear" so it's probably false.

    In Harrys defense he did say it was the working title and his info about the bad guy being badass seems spot on. So I'd give Big Red a pass on this one.

    Okay so here's some hypothesizing on my part:

    Kira is probably a solo/skywalker hiding on sand planet away from her family right? Is is possible Domnhall Gleesons character is her brother and was kidnapped by this sith?

    Think about it. Something happens that makes Han accept that his daughter has to go in to hiding. That Han can't protect her. What if what happened was his son being kidnapped already?

    It would explain why Hans on the sand planet as soon as blast goes down. It would explain why she's in hiding. It would fit with earlier rumours Gleesons a Skywalker bloodline kid. It makes for one more reason for Luke to feel like he failed and went in to hiding. Perhaps he was Luke's last trainee and Luke feels responsible.

    Makes the stakes that much higer too.

    a sith fanboy that collects star wars antiques and kinda cosplays around the galaxy?

    You might laugh at me about this, but I actually think its Boyega. This might seem strange, but if in fact Boyega is in a crash, an argument could be made that when we see him waking up in the trailer is when the force wakes him up. The idea then is that the force wakes him up to do battle with the Sith Lord, only he's not trained yet. This requires him to get trained for the battle.
