Hahahha.. ok, I think I just watched last year for the first time. I must see the second season. I would try to watch the one you recommended too.

 

3 Big Web Comics just announce that they're getting Anime adaptations Tower of God, the God of Highschool, and Noblesse. Also this music rocks.

 

Everytime I hear crunchy roll I get hungry.

 

Same studio did a number of Godzilla films and a science fiction film called Human Lost (not sure if latter is released). If you are interested in other works by the mangaka, I would recommend:

So I spent this past New Years Eve watching this Abridged series on YouTube and I was hooked, it was so enjoyable in spite of the language and gore

 

Like animes, and enjoy some of them and dislke some. Mostly like some characters more than the anime they in mostly. Gurren Laggan is my favorite anime of all time. Also enjoyed One Punch Man, Persona 4, Stens' Gate and K-On. Anime characters I like most, Black Rock Shooter, Kurumi Ebisuzawa, Akame (Akame ga Kill), Chi Yamada, Saitama, Suzuha Amane, kKren Araragi & Ouka Yuuouji & Haru & her silbings. Also like Himiko Toga & Nejire Hado was into them lately. There other I like but these are I like most, and there characters I really hate.

 

My favorite anime TV series are:
- Dragonball
- Monster

 

I think most of the animes directed and produced by Myazaki are now on netflix (at least here in Europe):

I already watched:

- My Neighbor Totoro;
- From up on Poppy Hill;
- Ponyo;
- Kiki's Delivery Service
- Castle in the Sky

 

That is one of the greatest Poster of all time. And I'm including non movie posters. I've see it parioed many times. Batman, Back To The Future, Rey walking to her speeder, Tron, etc, etc.

There's also a Akira inspired overhead shot poster for the recent film Ford Vs Ferrari.

Finally a thread for someone like me very nice don't hate me but i like Watamote it is a good kind of cringe to be honest.

 

Slightly off topic but I know Manga (the father of Anime) is killing the comic industry in sales.

 

I'm a straight guy, but been falling for Rimuru Tempest from That time I got Reincarnated as a slime, it was a male character was an adult male that got killed and reincarnated into shape shifting slime then he ate a female warrier (as she told him to as she dying) so he turn into human, as female human body form. Character is a male or non binary, as he in a female body. I know it sound weird.

I do prefer anime over manga but manga do carry on longer than anime, it painfully try to get to read some manga. Disppointing with season 2 of The Rising of the Shield Hero like something missing and is that all, as season 1 there alot. Also Melty don't show up much. Thinking of read manga as more going on.
