    My vote is completely arbitrary and biased since I'm more of a DC guy. Is this a heroes vs heroes thing, villains vs villains, heroes vs villains, or a free for all? Also, is it just Prime Earth vs Earth-616? Gotta think about these things. ;)

    but DC got Flash (one of the best shows ever IMO) so... Loki will be hurt but will win :)

    Stan Lee said it best recently - "Who would win in a fight between Batman and Captain America? It depends on who's writing."

    If we were talking about universe versus universe, I'd say that DC would come out on top due to the presence of Superman (who can basically do anything in terms of physical ability) and the various Speedsters (who have the potential to be more destructive than Superman but can't do quite as much).

    DC loves their overpowered heroes. Great in comics but partially why it doesn't play in film outside of Batman....

    Even with Superman, he can be taken down but the marvel heroes could use their intellect to beat DC...something I was thinking about the other day was that I feel that Batman would fit in more with the marvel universe.

    He's a very human and flawed character.
    Fits in well with Marvel. Stands out at DC.

    Especially when you look at their big lineups.

    If I wanted to read The Avengers, Captain America, Black Panther, Thor, Iron Man and Guardians of the Galaxy, which books/continuity would be considered the main continuity? Everytime I go to pick one to read there are options and stuff. I need direction, if anyone could please provide it.

    Almost everything that Marvel is putting out now is set in the 616 Universe, so odds are that if you pick up a book, it's set in the same setting as everything else - and if not, they'll probably tell you.

    Same with DC and their Rebirth/Post-New 52 continuity. If a book isn't "canon", it'll probably be written somewhere that you're looking at an Elseworlds story.

    I've been a longtime Marvel fan and am just now breaking into DC comics. I've read some standalone Batman and Superman stuff before, as well as Watchmen, but I really wanna get into the mythology of the DCU. Just read Crisis on Infinite Earths and I'm now diving into Infinite Crisis. I'd love some suggestions for really deep-cut, world-building-heavy DC stuff to read.

    Since Disney moved the Star Wars comic book license from Dark Horse Comics to Marvel back in 2015 I beg to Marvel. PLEASE BRING BACK THE LEGACY SERIES.
