    The "TV series" heading is hardly visible, but it is separate from rebels and features the space station you see in the pics posted by the OP. It's coming august 2016.

    Anyone else thinking the characters of SW:Aftermath just might be getting an animated tv show? It totally makes sense for Rebels' successor series to take place between RotJ and TFA

    I think that it would be really tricky for them to use characters from a book .

    I'm not sure why it would. Everything, from the books and tv shows all the way up to the movies, are a united canon. It would be interesting to see characters only written for the page put to screen, and on top of that I'm just really hopeful that we'll get a post RotJ animated series...a guy can dream

    I meant them as the main characters but it's because it's not having as much of a presence but maybe a tv show could make them more popular and vice versa .

    Exactly. From what I've read, Afternath was somewhat underwhelming, so perhaps this is a chance for Lucasfilm to continue using a group of likable characters that didn't make a huge first impression

    Some years ago Lego made a Force Unleashed set, and I think it did pretty well in sales (but I haven't checked), not to mention The Old Republic sets they've made the past couple of years. And then the Yoda chronicles.
    If it says Star Wars, and it's Lego, it's going to sell...

    Well I guess I was wrong. It's a Lego themed series set between ESB and RotJ...and all of the Lego shows are non canon so frankly I'm a little disappointed

    Yeah, I said that then heard the rest of the news this morning when SWNN posted it in the blog! Haha, oh well... cool stuff. More Lego sets to long for and wish I had the cash to waste...

    That's a bummer. Lego needs to chop their prices a bit... it's not like they will lose customers...
