Arrowverse (Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl)

At least watch it before season 2 comes out, cause its gonna have the JSA and im sure the series is gonna make some references to season 1.

 

I love both series but I prefer The Flash. I have the first season of The Flash and the first, second and third seasons of Arrow in DVD (the fourth doesn't exist yet in French). Since about seven weeks, every Monday, there are two episodes of the Flash Season 2 on TV and I watch it with my family on the family computer (we don't have TV).

And you can say what you want, the best characters of this universe are:

Harrison Wells
Leonard Snart/ Captain Cold

I enjoy The Flash overall, yet I find Arrow frustrating and uneven quite often these days. Season Two with Deathstroke has definitely been the highlight of Arrow so far. I get a little tired of them recycling Batman plotlines in Arrow, the Ras Al Ghul storyline where Ras wanted Oliver to be his successor was a particularly lame and poorly executed ripoff. Even worse though is the forced relationship melodrama that they frequently shove in our face. They took Felicity, who was one of my favorite characters and made her incredibly unlikable in the last season. It seems like every time that Arrow is on the brink of getting really good again that they find a way to suck it back into mediocrity.

The Flash on the other hand has started out much stronger than Arrow and been pretty great for the most part. There's a little of that forced CW relationship drama here and there, but not nearly on the same scale as in Arrow, at least not yet anyway. Barry is an incredibly likeable protagonist, and he has a great supporting cast as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Flashpoint turns out. I predict that they will use it as a way to merge the universe of Supergirl with the Arrowverse now that Supergirl is moving over to the CW. Doing so would make sense, that way they can have team ups without always being forced to resort to interdimensional travel. Altering both the Universe and the timeline will allow them to explain why we now have Superman and Supergirl in a world where it was established that super powers weren't really a thing prior to the introduction of the Mira Kuru(not sure if that's how it's actually spelled) drug and the particle accelerator accident in The Flash.

 

Yeah, he is not my favourite but he is very good too!! And him and Captain Cold together are wonderful! EDIT: And Golden Glider of course!

I like The Flash and I think it is a good show, but it seems they can't make a non-speedster villain.

I stopped watching Arrow after some episodes of season 4 because it was really bad, it's incredible how they ruined the show that was good in season 2.

I watched 8 episodes of Legends and didn't like it.

From what I am aware of in the comics, most of the villains of the flash are speedsters, therefore makes sense for villains to be speedsters in the show. But at the moment from what we know there are two speedster villains. One in flashpoint and the other after flaspoint I think. But there are going to be multiple non speedster villains.
As for Arrow I've only watched arrow since season 3, going to buy season 1 and 2 boxset. But so far I'm really enjoying the show.

Please tell me this means that Supergirl becomes part of earth-1. Or is gonna be a one time thing and the villain is gonna make hole in time and space and Supergirl finds it and arrives on the earth.

I hope so too, she needs to see that world after Barry revealed he had history with that Supergirl.
