Yes, he yet still has a strong character and cares for the future of the Child. He uses his skills not only for his own survival, but for others too. He also has this little dark bit to him. He is still a money seeking bounty hunter. You gotta love the Mando.

He is like Boba from the past, except more kind. Din Djarin uses his whole arsenal cohesively, like Boba and unlike Jango. He is just as creative but at this point is just less skilled, much more compassionate, and relies too much on his beskar.

Well, armor and weapons are part of the Mando’s religion. His skills as a warrior prevail. But, in general, he does depend on his strong armor as defense!

I think Din Djarin supersedes Boba. Did you see how easily Boba was eliminated in ROTJ... lame? I hope Boba faces off with Din and redeems himself and his reputation. At least Jango survived a bit longer against OB1 and Mace in AOTC... hehe

well yeah, but in outside of movies canon material, boba is awesome. In legends, boba is obviously better.

Am I the only one that found it kind of funny how ill-fitting the armor is on Cobb Vanth? I almost laughed at first after they showed his full body shot.

Anyone else feel the episode was dragged a little to make up time?? Not saying it wasn’t fun watching him team up with Tusken Raiders to kill the Krayt, but in the end he just wanted the armour.. go easy it’s my first post lol

Personally I would have found it really odd if he was wearing a perfectly fitted set of armour ( I’m going to guess that each set is custom fitted for Mandalorian ).
Plus this is a rather old set of armour so I really liked the beaten up look of the armour.

Perhaps the battered old armour was actually Boba Fett's armour, recovered from the rancor pit by Jawas after ROTJ (VI) ?

Gor Koresh is another denizen from the Tatooine Cantina we're slowly getting them all. Hoping for the Tonnika Sisters next.

    This.
Having the armor not fit Cobb Vanth properly is a show-don't-tell way of demonstrating that the armor didn't originally belong to him and he is therefore not Boba Fett. It was all very deliberate.

Great episode, the Tragedy, like I said Mando’s putting together a crew 7 Samurai or Magnificent 7 style. See ya later Space Cowboy! :D

I’m still at work, watched it on my iPhone can’t wait to get home and watch it on the big screen!
