    How's it going, Cantina Patrons?

    We know that the trailer for Rogue One will be arriving sometime tomorrow on Good Morning America. Like we did with the final trailer for The Force Awakens, we want to create a video compiling our reactions to it as a community. Naturally, some of you don't get GMA, so watching the footage actually debut is not the issue here. What we need you to do is watch the trailer for the first time (be it on GMA or on YouTube) and react accordingly. (We want genuine reactions, so this being your first viewing is important.)

    Here's how this works:
    1. Post here first saying that you are in for this, and I will invite you into a conversation later.
    2. Then, watch the trailer for the first time, and don't forget to record yourself watching it! (You don't need to have a recording of the trailer itself - just your reaction to it.)
    3. Save the file as "[Your Username] - RO1 Reaction.MP4". (This part is important! We want to know who is reacting in each individual shot.) If your computer doesn't naturally use the .MP4 file type, then here's a free tool that can help you.
    4. Upload it to a source that you can link to in the conversation.
    5. We'll come up with a video shortly afterward (in a week or so).
    @Darth Lexor Kai will be editing the video together, and he wants to put the video in the same location (the lower right-hand corner) for every viewer. Position yourself accordingly when recording.

    here is a link to the last one we did a few months back. the video will be in the same place for all submissions. last time I know i left some people out. This was not intentional. I hope to include everyone that submits this time around.

    @Pomojema, I would prefer an MP4 file format. Its the easiest file extension for video to work with. but I agree. when you save your videos people please save it under your cantina user name.

    Question: Hey DLK, how do I send my video to you? the file is too large for email.

    Great question me from the past. You can upload your video to your free google drive account for me to download. All you need do is set up a gmail account (if you dont already have one) and upload it to your google drive. Drop box can also be used in the exact same way.


    dont forget guys, this is a reaction video! we want to see you actually react the what you are watching. A few hiccups I ran into last time was that I could hear the sound of the video coming through your computer and at times it made an echo effect. This is not what we want so it would be best if all of you were to wear headphones.

    Why did I not know about this sooner?!? i blame myself!!... seriously guys I had three totally different reactions with me and my two kids this morning and I could have recorded it! Yeah this needs to go into RO trailer thread, but was too funny that I was fist pumping, my son shrugging his shoulders at "eh" we'll see it, and my daughter goes mouth wide open "daaaamn dad!" (yeah had to do some daddy correction afterwards) but still it was worth it! :D

    Like I said, I am a super fan like many here but I have not found a way to share my expression and passion for it until today. 99% of my friends hate it and I just love it I want to share it and talk about it, hahaha. Luckily, I found this place!
