Neat stuff. I've built some Bandai model kits, and the quality is top notch. These figures look nice indeed.

You are aware Bandai has recently released kits of the X-wing and Vader Tie, as well of Vader and Stormtroopers?

Yes I am. I have the X-Wing and TIE. Beautiful little kits with tons of options and accessories!

I'm hoping to find the 1/12 Vader and Stormtrooper under the tree...

Did they require glue? Any pictures?

No, they don't require glue. Also, there are parts molded in different colors and extensive decals that allow you to build with no painting, although I will be painting mine anyway. If you have ever built one of the high grade Gundam kits, the sprues and parts layout are very similar with different colors molded on the same sprue.

I haven't built them yet, so I have no photos of my own, but here are some pictures of the kits from the Bandai website. Prepare to weep with joy-
