    Excellent shot of R2 here.....you can clearly see in the panoramic shot to start this scene where they spread a layer of concrete for R2 to roll on better

    i am not sure if this counts, but someone at Skywalker Ranch told me in 2013 while I was there about the scrutiny about the writing of the films, at least with TFA: jj & co. initially developing the movie had an office on the second floor of the main house and it had blacked out windows and security at all times, even though the company is in the middle of nowhere. I thought that was a very interesting anecdote that was shared with me so I thought that I would share it here now that two out of three films have been released.
