    OFF-TOPIC:
I have a question here : does someone know what is the actual difference between blue-background and green-background ?
why are some scenes shooted in front of a blue background, and why are others shooted with a green one ?
is it a matter of lightning, of costumes?
is it just no matter at all, blue and green are strictly the same?
    thanks for the anwsers

There isn't much of a difference between a blue and a green screen but the color itself. The colors blue and green are used because you don't find these colors in the human skin, so it's easy to remove everything else. Of course you have to keep in mind that you don't wear anything green or blue then.

Today most filmmakers use green screens instead of blue ones because it's much better to work with. The color green has lesser noise for the picture, green also is much more present than blue. Another big reason to rather use green screens is the lighting. Sometimes you want the light to be bluish, but you can't do that if you use a blue screen.

But in the end it doesn't really matter. I would recommend using green screens though.

Just to add to @NinjaRen this is also the reason BB8 puppeteer has to run around with him in a Green or Blue Tracksuit even in the desert as it makes it a lot easier to remove him from the scene in post production.

The BB8 guy had to be green because of the blue sky.

Thanks a lot to both @NinjaRen and @Addi Ras ;)
I was aware of the "green suits" to be removed in post production (same as Anakin's arm, or Anakin's legs on Mustafar, in BTS pics).
My issue was just : is there a technical difference between green and blue, I mean, does green allows something blue doesn't, or vice versa. I have understood the answer is no, even if green is easier to use than blue.
    Thank you all.

Isn't Luke's saber green in Return because it was easier to track the blade?

Originally Luke's saber was blue, you can see that in this trailer:

It was changed because you couldn't see it very well in front of the blue sky. The prop used by Mark Hamill had no color at all.

A bit of digging turned up this explanation:

Hollywood originally used blue screens, or traveling matte, exclusively. Blue is the furthest color in the visual spectrum from red(1) (which is the main color in human skin tones.) Green is the go-to because it doesn't match any natural skin tone or hair color, meaning no part of an actor will be edited out through chroma key. When a greencostume or prop is essential, a blue screen is often substituted. There is no right shade to use. You can use whatever shade you want. In fact, you can use any color you want, but digital camera sensors are more sensitive to green which is why it's now more commonly used.

The set they shot these scenes on was a 360-degree set, so there wasn't really a need for blue- or green-screens. ;)

Where should I put a video essay analyzing the evolution of visual language of Star Wars? I guess here would be a good place.
