    Do you have sad little remainings from old LEGO sets that dwell in the darkness?
    Yesterday I thought about a possibility to honor some of this old pieces.
    Therefor I start this thread, building little cute fantasy droids out of the "junk-yard-pieces".
    Maybe you have fun posting your own little droid-creations here :) 20190113_092921.jpg

    @oldbert What a great idea of a thread! From just looking at the colour palette I'd say your little droid's is not with the Darkside!?

    Such a pitty I don't have my old Lego toys anymore. I built quite a lot costume stuff. Especially with Bionicles I tried to make Star Wars droids xD

    This reminds me: are we still going for the TPM fight set? : D

    @RockyRoadHux
    You quite right. "Sunny side up" describes this one quite well :)

    @Maximus
    Welcome! I could feel your presence while creating this thread :D

    @NinjaRen
    Feel free to create a more sophisticated cronicle brother :D

    @General Kenobi
    You have pieces. Give them a chance than.

    Oh, I think we should find a name for every creation.

    How about S0-1-0 for my first lttle creation :)

    Psssst @Rogue1138 : Really? I didn't know that :D
    (whispers: "I have no access to this show and I live without TV since 15 years").
    No joke :)
    .. but a good movie in a theatre every now and then and some utube content AND a little dose of Cantina, that's all I need for now :D

    i don't have enough larger pieces to build substantial droids. all my leftovers are basically crumbs, but after building the Falcon, i have a bajillion of them.
    so these are the handful of teeny tiny droids i've constructed. i've decided that they work in small tight spaces, like cleaning ducts, and small engine interiors.

    their names are 4X-4X (Forks), BZO-1 (Beezo), THN-X (Thanks), and GR-8E (Graty).

    I love them all. My favorite is Graty :D
    Great job and great names! They are exactly how they should be. Just not needed pieces builded up to become something meaningful.
    Thanks! :D

    Hello all.

    For a fistful of credits, buy two members of your future crew from daRinze Automated System Inc.

    This one is called HD-101, a name mainly due to its hound dog shape. It generally serves as a load carrier and transporter, to carry anything from a point A to point B. Thanks to a fully integrated GFFAPS (the galaxy far far away positionning system) he may move itself alone everywhere, and also automatically follows its master (no need to be driven).
    It comes with 3 differents barking sample sets.

    This one is G3-D3, from the very famous G* series (G stands for gyropodic) that challenges the no-less-famous R* series. A useful, reliable and up-to-date astromech that will never disappoint you.

    Remember @oldbert . G* series are reported to be a lot more functionnal on sandy soils than R* series, because, you know, sand is getting everywhere inside the small R* series wheels and finally make them irritated. The G* series has bigger wheels, so it doesn't mind the sand. Just to say (I think you were talking about Jawas and not Javas - this is why I talked about sand).

    Yep. Thanks. I definitely mean JaWas.
    Refering to your (nasty sand) detail informations for the G*series droid, it seems that I was thinking in the right direction.. :)

    We wanted to show you our latest project, we are working on for five years.
    We worked hard. Very hard. We had to find remote alien scientists, we had to go in search of them in another galaxy, but in the end they were helpful and we were finally able to design correctly that invibility cape that henceforth covers all droid of ours.
    So..... don't wait more, here are our 5 preferred machines, all made with our new invisibility cape :

    Are they not magnificent?
