I went to see TFA for the 5th time yesterday and came away with yet more questions.

I don't know if I dreamt this so bare with me. I'm sure when I went to see it previously, when Finn goes to break Poe out he walks in and says 'Ren wants the prisoner'. After he says that I'm sure one of the Stormtroopers question his request and there's a small discussion about 'questioning Rens orders'. This time though he went in, said 'Ren wants the prisoner' and the next scene was Poe and Finn walking down the corridor before they turn and Finn takes off his helmet. Its like something was cut from the scene? Just wondered if anyone else had noticed that?

Also another query I had was regarding Rey and Chewbacca. I was wondering how Rey can understand Chewie instantly. Sorry if this has already been brought up. Finn obviously can't understand him, however from their very first meeting Rey seems to be able to understand him no problem.

Again regarding Rey, I am even more convinced after seeing it again that Rey is going to be related to Han. I really noticed this time how much Han and Rey finish each others sentences. I think when they are discussing the Falcon and the modifications etc, they both seem to have the same knowledge and understanding of the ship....I don't know its just a feeling I get.

Always been there when I have seen it. Maybe a faulty digital file at your cinema?

Rey learned Wookie talk from all the Wookiees that apparently came through Jakku. She is self taught on a number of things.

Daisy has pretty much confirmed she isn't Han's daughter.

What @master_shaitan said. She is self taught on many things (and probably proficient at them at a pace others would not be because of her connection with the Force). The one thing she is not, is Han's daughter. So it's back to speculation that she is Luke's daughter.

Rey knew that ship from the slave work she did before winning her freedom from the Jakku owner of the Falcon. Rey worked in that ship and rebuilt it.....so she knew

Just to clarify: you thought there was a part where there was a discussion among the stormtroopers about questioning Ren's orders before Poe and Finn walk down the corridor?

I don't remember seeing anything like that, sorry. I've only seen TFA in two different theaters, but in both of them, Finn just takes Poe right out, no questions asked.

That's weird. I definitely recall the line. Wondering if I read it in the novel now...

    Yeah, it's in the novel.

Guys, i need a clarification too, a randomic thought, just because this is one of my favorite: When finn and poe are escaping they destroyed the turbolasers under the Finalizer, right? However in the next cut looks like they are escaping from inside the star destroyer. Is it a continuing error? Sorry my english. May the Force be with you all.

that small discussion is from the novelization, I never heard it in the movie the 6 times I wached it ;)

she probably knows very languages since she live in a place full of different races

I think she knew the ship because it was Unkar Plutt's property, so probably Rey went inside the ship a lot of times, but Rey and Han had a good chemistry for sure, so it's not totally impossible that they're related (even if I think it's very unlikely)

You are correct. I have seen the movie at least 10 times, and he simply says "Ren wants the prisoner", and then we cut to the corridor scene.
