Compiled list of all known Easter Eggs in Rogue One (spoilers!)

You can see Chopper right at the moment you're talking about; as that guy is running to Mon Mothma. You can hear him quite well, too. It's fast, but clear as day. Look to the left of the screen as that's happening.

 

Just as the rebels engage the stormtroppers on Scarif, a stormtropper shouts out "What the?!" in exactly the same way as when the ewok attacks the scouttrooper on Endor on ROTJ.

 

Didn't one see the Jedi wrecked statue on Jedha, in a Rebels episode ? perhaps season 2...

 

I saw one funny line on Twitter about them: "They survive annilihation on Jedha but can't survive happy hour at the Mos Eisley Cantina."

Chopper is seen as the tech runs to Mon Mothma. Hera over the loud speaker is when Jyn leaves the Council Room to walk into the hanger. The Ghost is seen when Cassian, Jyn and K2 leave for Jedha; it is on a landing pad in the upper left-hand corner (this same landing pad is vacant later when the cargo shuttle leaves for Scarif). The Ghost is also seen in the initial formation for the battle over Scarif and others have said they saw it during the combat.

 

On my third viewing, I did see chopper.

okay that's what I thought
Kanan and Ezra come to Jedha and find the ancient jedi temple : is that episode you are referring to ? with Ezra being tested, having a vision with Yoda, as Kanan stays outside ?

 

this is what I remembered right after having posted my question, the Temple was on Lothal

so.... mmmmmh I'm quite sure I have seen that statue in a rebels episode. Perhaps the last one in season 2, when they find old cross-bladed lightsabers (same as Kylo Ren's one) and where Ahsoka fights Vader.
