So is there really only one way to write Obi Wan Kenobi's name? I see some fans write Obi-Wan with the hyphen in between the I & W, whereas other fans leave it out like me. What do you think?

I hyphenate it. When texting the name, though, sometimes I just do 'Obiwan.' They hyphen can be somewhat irritating.

But Obi-Wan is the way to go.

It depends. If I'm typing fast or using Twitter, Obiwan is usually what it is to save characters.
Here, I usually try to hyphen but it's really debating between how to pronounce Han...even Leia struggles in ESB

Obi-Wan Kenobi. Now that's a name I've not heard in a long time. A long time.

I try to use the hyphenated spelling (Obi-Wan) most of the time.

I doubt he has a fear of sand since he spent much of his later life on Tatooine watching over Luke.

very well, I shall have my stay,.. say?
no what, what planet, have you baen too? To? No too, obviously it means something different, I've baen, here, and now I'll have my stay, which is to say, what i came from a people of maurauders? called jedi? no come on, what? Obi-WAnKenobi, obiwn, kenobaiya, obikenobayae, obikenobiyae, wheys they, when you switch sounds around,
for a name, let's say, in Japanese, did you know they're sounds, and not letter marks? So say for, wa, can't move, because the language spoken, would make it mean something else, in the midst, there?
    come on, really?
hyphens, there you've seen it done, I've broken your hyphen
clause, essentially, happy now? you Should be, it's gone and baen better for us all, I wager, do you?
