I didn't expect one. More than anything, I expect some information on the movies.

I think they might talk briefly about a future attraction or something.

Probably focus on DCA Marvel stuff and Pixar and give more general assurances that Star Wars is coming to US parks. But I'm hopeful for more. With the supposed 3.5 billion approved for WDW and 1 Billion for DL it can't be long until we start seeing specifics.

I also follow the wdwmagic.com forums and there has been a lot cooking up as of recently. This thread basically confirms fact from fiction at least on the Disney World side of things:
Basically, $2.8 billion is going to Hollywood Studios where the Star Wars overhaul will be - approximately $1 billion of that will be devoted to Star Wars. From what has been mentioned in threads, Imagineers presented ideas to the board which were rejected. The board told Imagineers to "Be more ambitous." As far as D23, likely there will be an announcement regarding a "Star Wars land" inclusion at Disney Hollywood Studios. However, it is predicted there will be no further details beyond that. Pixar plans seem to be in place first and construction will begin sooner (or already has) on that while Star Wars will start after.

Many rides have already closed and some are still closing. It appears construction will go in shifts though, the park will remain open as normal, and admission prices entering the park will stay the same.

I think we will know a lot more about the specifics in a month though! At D23, there is a Live-Action panel on Saturday from 10:30-12:30 and a Theme Parks Panel 3-4:30. Seems like there is no specific Panel just for Star Wars, just for Marvel, etc. although the full schedule may not have been released yet.

Should be noted this report is strictly for Disneyland, which from what I've heard IS supposed to get Star Wars before Disneyworld (although many things could translate to World as well). So in that aspect this could be legit. I like the idea of having your ride photo translate into seeing a bounty hunter later on. That sounds freakin cool.
