    I can't wait to see this weapon test, I doubt they will be able to stop it, the plans may be worth that sacrifice, I know I sound cold but that's seems likely a certain planet's fate.

    Yes at full power it was, but this weapons testing seems a lower %, I guess they hadn't thought that far ahead, not in Osiron's current plans
