    If Digital Sputnik accidently leaked this, it confirmed Frank Oz's statements earlier in the year were a cover to mask Yoda's presence in the movie.

    i fully expect Yoda to return in this film. there's been no doubt in my mind after learning about Oz's (supposed) involvement. Rian also made some statements that support the idea that an older character (read: Yoda) will be appearing in TLJ.

    If yoda indeed returns,they'd damn well better use a puppet. the digital yoda was missing all of the charm of the original. somehow he came across as smug and fairly unlikable in the prequels, while in the OT he was an adorable curmudgeon.

    You didn't help the situation by directly engaging, though. The best thing in these kind of situations are to just let us know that they're something wrong via a report and then moving away.

    having said that, thanks for the tip on not sharing the image. that was a misstep on my part.

    If you read the FB post carefully the Digital Sputnik social media dude write in it that they have illuminated Jesus and Yoda. Yoda could only have been illuminated for his appearence as a force ghost in TLJ, so his presence in the movie is confirmed

    They wouldn't have anything to illuminate if it were just CGI Yoda, so I think this suggests puppet Yoda (there have been other hints over the months at that too)
