    Christopher Nolan. I knew he was a genius after I first watched one of his movies, but after Interstellar I became convinced that he's the greatest director of our time. He proves again and again that brilliant movies can be extremely popular, killing the ridiculous "the audience doesn't get me" excuse for good. And his brand of gritty magic is truly unique. He's PERFECT for Star Wars.
