So as a Disney+ customer here in the US I agree with our Cantinians outside the US - Disney+ staggered release schedule sucks. So I am on chat with them right now and will ask.

So I guess their agents are not "involved in the decision making process" enough to know what is going on. I will send message to their feedback and let everyone know what I find out.

Many countries have rules on streaming services, for example:

@RoyleRancor Thanks, I was reading a similar article just as you posted this.

So the Empire *cough* I mean EU is ultimately behind this nefarious plot to prevent fans from seeing The Mandalorian at the same time around the world. Not surprising, I work for the US Government and was involved once on a project to look at how to ship hazardous materials (chemicals, etc) throughout EU countries to US military bases. Needless to say the red tape was monstrous.

Ok that’s interesting I didn’t know that & would explain NETFLIX expanding U.K operation although not why The Netherlands have got it but not the rest of the EU & does old SW stuff count as a lot of that was filmed over here.
Although now the U.K. leaving the EU ( & that’s not controversial at all :D) I just hope we don’t introduce some new rules that delay the Disney + launch.

What would really suck even more is if the EU imposes some sort of tax or fee on this situation if disney cannot meet their 30% rule: which would mean higher monthly fee for EU subscribers??? and not sure what Brexit does to this.....clouded this situation is!!!!
