    That description to me just screams video game potential. I wonder how that's going to work as a 24 min per episode, though.

    Yeah, I'm almost thinking something like Left 4 Dead.

    The genre is expanding a bit (Vermintide gave it the dark fantasy treatment) so I could see it working well with Star Wars. You and your squad mowing down legions of droids, with special droids (droidekas, commandos, etc) posing bigger special threats.

    I have really mixed feelings about a Bad Batch show. I liked the arc in TCW, but I feel like this show is playing it safe. I'd prefer another game tbh.

    But maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised, and I'll love it and I should just be grateful we are getting more new content at all lol

    Yes, 100%. I didn’t really enjoy the Bad Batch arc in The Clone Wars and I’m not very enthusiastic about the fact that they’re getting an entire series dedicated to them. Now that you’ve proposed the idea of it being a game instead, though... I’d be really into that. I think it would work WAY better as a video game than it would as an entire series.
