    Do you think Yoda will be in the Last Jedi? I kind of believe he will be, we had the rumors of Celebration 2016 attendees saying they overheard Lucasfilm employees discussing a TLJ Yoda puppet, Frank Oz being on set at Pinewood and now Frank Oz saying he can't say whether or not he is in the film.

    How would you feel about Yoda returning?

    All the speculation, plus "I cannot deny or confirm..." chatter from the production and Frank Oz camps suggest that he could make some form of reappearance... and I am all good with that if it's done well, fits the scene(s) and he looks right (i.e. not the TMP mutated CGI version as I posted in another thread)

    He is in the movie, one way or another. Either as a force ghost or as a voice. It would make so much sense to have him in TLJ or/and EPIX.

    My n°1 speculation is endeed that the Last Jedi are Joda, Obi Wan and possibly Anakin too.

    I always thought we'd see Yoda in the new trilogy...and with Mr. Oz' latest comments (or lack-there-of) I'm pretty sure he's in TLJ.

    To be honest, I don't care that much for an appearance by Yoda, Obi-wan, Anakin or Lando. I don't feel that they're needed to push the story forward in any way. However, I also believe hat Yoda is the most likely out of these four to appear, especially after recent comments by Frank Oz.

    Absolutely, in some form or another: apart from ANH, Yoda has been present - in some form or another - in every saga film and animated series to date.

    Furthermore, I think it could be a great way to expand our knowledge of the Force as a whole as the character has in every medium he's appeared in thus far, perhaps even teaching us through teaching Luke or Rey by proxy (which only makes us empathise with these characters further).

    Heres the thing...IF Yoda shows as a force ghost, how could you NOT show Obi and Anakin? Last time we see them all, they're all standing together at the end of Jedi. So my question would be if Yoda shows up and gives some advice or something if i were Luke i'd be like, "Well...can we get the opinions of the rest of the brain trust here?" Otherwise, i'd sit there and wonder okay...Yoda is here....where is Obi and Anakin? Having a drink at the Force Pool Party? Too busy to share some knowledge with Luke?
