    We know Vader had Obi's after he killed him on the Death Star but we have not seen him use it at all in the OLD or NEW EU so when Luke burnt Vader's body on Endor after the battle did he let it burn with him or did he take it off of him and will use it in TFA?

    I doubt Vader carried around Kenobi's light saber like General Greivous...he probably had vaults of his stuff just like how KR probably has vaults dedicated to Vader .

    I doubt Vader was carrying around Obi Wan's saber all the time, he is not general grievous... and it most probably was destroyed with the first death star
    And also, Luke has his own lightsaber and knows how to build them, why would he use Obi Wan's?

    No. We know from the Legends books/comics that Vader carried with him in the Battle of Yavin. After that we don't read too much about it but I've always thought either Vader hid it or gave it to the Emperor as a trophy since we know he liked to collect artifacts.

    "According to Legends" would have gotten the point across. "We know from Legends" made it sound like you were citing Legends as a canonical source.

    I would guess it was blown up with the Death Star unless he felt some need to grab it before jumping into his TIE. I'm sure he didn't grab all his stuff and throw it in TIE "just in case". Don't think it would have been good for moral to see Vader loading his luggage.

    Yeah Luke Skywalker COULD have Vader's red sabers but Kbi-Wan's was lost when The Death Star blew up unless Vader had it hidden away and Luke found it when he was finding all of Vader's "treasure," whatever it was .
