The dance scene from RotJ 97 re-release. While it was Maclunkey stupid in the movie, it somehow sounded awesome in Battlefront 2.

If I had to be serious with my answer though, I would go for the good ol' Star Wars theme. :)

To be fair I like most of the john Williams scores. Mainly anything that features the French horn. But if I had to choose a piece it would be binary sunset. Make the hairs on my arms tingle every time.

Any track with the force theme. The way that JW managed to slightly manipulate the short piece and incorporate it in the most dramatic moments of the saga, it sends chills down my spine. My favorite use of this is when the Rebel soldiers are running away from the AT AT's on Hoth and a heroic version of the piece blares, ending with Luke destroying a walker.

The Imperial March for me! Just hearing it gives me goosebumps. Loved hearing it in TFA too :p

Probably Han and the Princess for me. Though really, you couldn't go wrong with *anything* from Empire. THe ESB score might just be my favorite soundtrack, period.

My favorites are "The Battle of Hoth", "The mynock cave" and "Han and Leia" from ESB, and "Luke and Leia" from ROTJ
It's hard to decide though, since every move has had very awesome music. The only problem I've ever had with any Star Wars soundtrack is that they reused pieces from TPM in AOTC and ROTS.

It's to try to tie the entire trilogy together similarly to how we here themes of Sthe Imperial a March and Han/Leia's heme s in TFA .

That's not what I mean. They were lazy and tracked some pieces recorded for TPM into episodes II and III. For example when the clones battle in Geonosis, or when Anakin is piloting the Invisible Hand towards Coruscant.
That never happened in the OT or in TFA as you say. They use the same themes, but arranged differently into new pieces.

Actually, while I think they did re-record the music (though there are still some odd jump-cuts there, which always made me wonder if they just sped up the original recordings a bit to make them sound different) we did get the "Here They Come!" music from ANH in both the Sarlacc scene and the Death Star attack/Executor destruction scenes in ROTJ. That was the first thing I thought of when I realized that we were getting recycled TPM music in AOTC (and again in ROTS.)

I'm not crazy about that, as I think it robs both the scene and the music of a good deal of dramatic potential.

Now then, here's something from ROTJ that features one of my absolute favorite pieces of music from that whole film. (And clearly, this was made by somebody who was just as deeply affected by that piece as I've always been.)

One of my favorites was the Luke and Leia theme from ROTJ. It evoked such strong emotions in me when I originally saw the film.

OMG, maybe my top 1 would be "Han Solo and The Princess" but this piece is part of the Top 5. I feel like it's so emotional, because you just hear Luke refusing to fight his father but then the fear of his father taking his sister to the Dark Side is stronger and he fights him.

I guess after watching TFA it has become even more emotional since you realize that maybe Luke's fear was unnecessary since I doubt Leia would ever be tempted to join the Dark Side... the saddest thing is that, as we already know, her son will...

I've always felt that it's almost the musical equivalent of the sound of the blood rushing in his head that Luke hears as he absolutely loses it on his father once and for all.
