Sorry to sound cliche, but any of them does it for me, to be honest. ;) RO probably less so for now, because I keep feeling stressed out when they start dying, lol. I actually watched it the other day and I still get a bit tense as the're landing on Scarif. And I have to say TFA turned out to be extremely rewatchable despite so much rehashing.

If I was to go and watch one right now (as an escape from a ton of work I should be doing...), I'd go with TESB or AotC, dunno why. As I said, any of them would be great.

Good to know I'm not the only one! I remember being so tense in the theatre the first time I saw Jyn and Cassian locked in the base and climbing the storage tower with everything going to hell around them. Then that frantic moment with Vader at the end!

Its safe to say that my arse was clenched for the entirety of that Scariff sequence.

    Went with Rogue One....

...them many years ago I listened to the Original Radio Dramas over and over... especially the 2nd episode that told how Leia got the plans...

Now we have a new, differ'nt canon story of it.
Took til the second time I saw it an' it Rilly stuck on me...
yeah... an OT First Gen SW fan.

Least that where I sit now... as I write this...

Right now, I can watch Rogue One over and over just because it is the newest. It needs to catch up to the other movie with the number of views. That'll never happen.
But honestly the original theatrical version of Star Wars. Nothing better IMO. classic.

i watch RO through TFA pretty regularly in sequence. i can more readily watch TFA back-to-back.
and i don't tend to skip around much, but i do like watching the end of ROTJ as a prelude to TFA.

RotS and ESB have the most re-watchability imo, and are easily the two best of the saga. Both RotS and ESB are epic and Shakesperean works of art in scope and dynamic, and will be remembered historically as the real guts of Star Wars imo. ANH is great for the nostalgia once in a while, the great film that started it all. The last 30 or so mins of RotJ is great too and just epic. The Skywalker story could've just ended here and everything would've been fine. TPM and AotC have their moments, but are the weakest of the Lucas era films. TFA and TLJ are by far the weakest of the entire saga and teeter on the edge of not even counting as canon for me personally. Both have virtually no re-watchability for me, both were abominations lol (sorry for the harshness but the ST is a huge letdown for me). Rogue One is good, but after watching it a couple of times you've seen all you're going to see from it. It's a great lead up into ANH, and now I almost view it as the first half of Ep4.

Your poll is out of date.....but here goes:

    - First most repeatedly watchable for me is A New Hope, sentimental reasons for this old dude....

    - Next is difficult but might now say TLJ.....tied with R1

    the last jedi
    --- Double Post Merged, Dec 30, 2017, Original Post Date: Dec 30, 2017 ---
The Last Jedi is just one of those films where people either love it or hate it. Nobody says err... its ok. Personally I loved the last jedi. There are a few scenes in it that i didn't agree with but oh well, it will be sorted out in episode 9.

I didn't like the whole thing with Finn and Rose, it wasn't needed because it's clearly impossible to track through light speed.

I don't think that Snoke should have died so quickly but Kylo Ren dosen't deserve the name of "Supreme Leader" yet, but i guess he is capable of leading The First Order. I would have liked Rey to kill Snoke but it's a lot like the whole thing with Darth Vader killing Darth Sidious to save Luke but still, Rian should have come up with a different storyline.

I think they should have cleared up how Maz got Luke's lightsaber because now they've got loads of questions to answer in episode 9. In reality, Luke should have never seen that thing again. Dropping it down the shoot at cloud city, so i don't see how Maz found it.

Ive probably seen A New Hope the most as it was my favourite film as a kid, and still my favourite star wars film. But since its release in 2005 the film I probably watched the most is Revenge of the SIth, I know the film has its issues but i find the film really re-watchable.

I personally like Revenge of the sith. Watching the amazing lightsaber battles is amazing, and I never get bored of order 66. TFA comes in a second.
