For me it would be "Duel of the Fates" and "Across the Stars".

Both are two the best. I really enjoy the music video for Duel of the Fates found on The Phantom Menace Disc 2 DVD and video game. There's something about it that makes me feel nostalgia and all excited.

Other than the above mentioned I would say the Flag Parade, the Droid March, Order 66 and Qui-gon's funeral theme (plus the very similar Birth of the Twins and Padme's Destiny from ep III).

This is a good question, there's a lot of different music to pick from. It's hard to say which I like the best but some parts of certain pieces stand out more than others. I've always liked the second half of the soundtrack version of Across the Stars. It sort of shifts into a darker theme, almost tragic sounding (which makes perfect sense considering the characters that it follows).

Duel of the Fates is probably one of the most universally approved of elements of the Prequel Trilogy. To me it's on the same level as the main theme and the Imperial March.

It actually does make me cry ... Especially when I first truly started listening to it.

    Good choices.

That's exactly how I feel. Especially in terms of The Tide Turns. The ending in particular with Palpatine's arrival on Naboo would be a good track if it were on it's own and longer.

Haha. It can be hard. Good choice, though!

The song that takes place during the battle on Mustafar is my all-time favorite. I believe it's called "Anakin Vs. Obi-Wan"; it includes a bit of "Battle of the Heroes" and "Imperial March". :D

My second favorite is Across the Stars. <3

You guys saved me the typing. @PrincessLeiaCB3, yup, crying and not ashamed of it.

Edit: Forgot to mention Duel of the Fates.

I was surprised that the theme of the battle of Coruscant is not mentioned yet.

Well, "Duel of the Fates" is pretty much the last Star Wars theme to engrave itself into popular culture (with the others being the main theme, the Force Theme, and "The Imperial March").
I do like "Anakin's Theme". Shame it wasn't used more and developed throughout the prequels.
"Across the Stars" is beautiful. Way better than the actual romance.
"Battle of the Heroes" is awesome.
    "Anakin's Betrayal" is fantastic.
And from May 19, 2005 until December 17, 2015, I hadn't heard a better Star Wars end credit suite than "A New Hope and End Credits".*

*Yeah, I just absolutely loved how Rey's theme mixed with the Force theme in "The Jedi Steps and End Credits" and that took it for me. And I loved the Jedi Steps half.

Some of my all time favorite Star Wars cues are the softer moments of attack of the clones. The meadow Picnic, Yoda and the younglings, Anakin and Padme. Its odd, because AotC is by far my least favorite of the films, but I love the score. Maybe I listen more closely as I'm not as engrossed by the action on screen, who knows. But those softer elements are just beautiful, melodic masterpieces that make me smile every time I hear them. I feel as if Williams elevates his game for those scenes, knowing that they required a bit extra.

As for the others. Anakin's theme and the Trade Federation march are great from TPM. RotS is my least favorite of the 7 scores, but there are some strong moments. Particularly Anakin's dream, Anakin's betrayal, and A New Hop and End Credits. I agree with those before who rank that last one as one of the best closing pieces. Although I give the nod to Empire overall, RotS has a great ending piece.

The entire sountrack of TPM is just perfect.

Duel of the Fates is a masterpiece and I love the Naboo Palace theme.

Unfortunately I avoid the music of AOTC and ROTS because the movies are horrible.

That's unfair to those scores as they are excellent. I mean, I think all three prequels are terrible movies, but I still listen to their soundtracks.

Yeah AOTC has maybe a couple of great scores but ROTS has the caliber of TPM .

Just saw again ROTS and have to mention "A New Hope and End Credits". It is lovely how John Williams mixed the themes we already know - "Princess Leia's Theme" and "Binary Sunset/The Force Theme" into it, with the new music for this episode.
