I say TPM, although AotC has some great elements too.
I never really liked "Duel of the Fates" ... sorry.

Phanton Menace. Duel of the Fates is still as powerful as the first time I heard it. And I don't remember any music from the other too.

Duel of fates.....only Binary sunset/ the force is better in my opinion. Duel of fates is close. There is too many good ones in star wars so it's hard to choose

This. I'm surprised there is even any contest. But, these things are subjective, of course.

    "Anakin's Betrayal"
    "Palpatine's Teachings"
    "Padmé's Ruminations"
    "Anakin vs. Obi-Wan"
    "Anakin's Dark Deeds"
    "The Immolation Scene"

Those are my favorites. ROTS is my favorite. I like others a LOT, but this is my favorite.

John William really knocked it out of the park with his scores for Episodes 1-3. I enjoy the music from all of them.

I love ROTS music. I can’t get “Anakin’s Dark Deeds” or “General Grevious’ Suite” out of my head

not to mention “Anakins betrayal”. Amazing!

I'm not voting in the poll because the options are too broad, but I've got individual favourtites from the films.

From TPM, one of my favourites is Anakin's Theme.

Firstly, partly because, after hearing it for the first time, I feel slightly smug about making the observation that, "Hey... this is clever, it has hints of Darth Vader's Theme in this!", and then of course you have those final notes that drive it home. Cue the sound of Darth Vader breathing.

With that in mind, I like it because it serves to evoke the whole tragedy of Anakin's fall to Darth Vader. It captures that story in a single piece of music, and arguably tells it better than the movies do themselves! But from the point of view of it not having happened yet, if that makes sense. It's in the 'present', so has a kind of sadness to it. Here is this innocent young boy, but we know what he's going to become.

The other pieces of music that stand out to me are Palpatine's Teachings (aka the opera scene), or at least the first half or so of it, and Padmé's Ruminations, just because they are so atmospheric and haunting and quite different to any other pieces of music in Star Wars. For me both sum up the overall tone of the whole movie. ROTS felt like a dreamed version of Star Wars to me, and these pieces of music play a big part in cementing that feeling I think.

There isn't any original music in AOTC that particularly stands out for me, but the re-use of the battle droid theme for the clone army reveal sent a bit of a shiver up my spine.

Duel Of The Fates is also on my list, but I don't think I've got anything more to add that nobody hasn't said before!

Technically it's not music but sound effects but I enjoyed the Seismic Charges in Episode 2. I always turn up my sound system for that scene. The sound of the Seismic Charges mixed in with the star fighters noses is very pleasant.

Yeah. Those charges sound really cool. They give off a pretty scary sound. Great scene with jango fett. Really gave us a feel for what bounty hunters are capable of in terms of ship combat.

I personally love the music in Star Wars, and it’s one of my favorite parts, here are some of my personal opinions on a couple:
Across the stars: beautiful, peaceful, and I love how it has hints of sadness in it
Duel of the fates: awesome, I love the repeating beat in it that is uniquely only in that song
Padme’s reminations: a bit creepy, and sounds a bit like something that would be played at a funeral
Anakin vs obiwon: I like how you can hear bits of imperial March, this is also from one of my favorite duels
Palpatine’s teachings: First half is a little boring, second half is good and I can hear patterns from other songs in it
March on the Jedi temple: this is a personal favorite, great scene, music fits the scene nicely

Love all of those songs as well. John Williams has an incredible mind of his own. I also did like Padmés Reminations. It is good.

I voted for ROTS because March on the Jedi Temple and Anakin vs Obi-Wan are my favorite PT themes along with Duel of Fates, which I'm pretty sure is also featured on the soundtrack but I love all three film music as much as star wars music in general

Yeah one thing I noticed about ROTS is that the music is downright phenomenal. No joke. I could flip through song after song and love every second of it. A lot of times, viewers will forget how much of a difference music make in a movie. I mean imagine watching the movie with all sound except music coming through. I mean, music adds so much to the emotional affect of ROTS. Personally, I’d say that this music makes the vibe of the film much more amplified than any other movie could have. Anakin’s Dark Deeds, Padmé’s funeral, Obi Wan vs Anakin. I could go on and on. Music makes that dramatic experience of ROTS happen. I FRIGEN LOVE JOHN WILLIAMS!!! :)
