Thanks, I'm glad you didn't post the full movie here, it would have been deleted, piracy is forbidden.

The part where Yoda trains Luke.

I actually found my favorite Yoda Quote on a shirt selling on Amazon. Just placed my order! Thought it would be cool to share. You gotta search in the search bar for Amazon: "Do Or Do Not Tee IE.Design"

    Got mine in black :)

I have to be cliché and pick "No, I am your father." The reason I have to is simple: it is my earliest memory of Star Wars. I remember hearing that line and actually gasping (I was four).
Also, that story earned me The Making of The Empire Strikes Back from this very site (again, thank you, it is an incredibly nice book and I appreciate it).

    Honorable mentions:
Binary Sunset - it is so iconic, how could it not be?
The Battle of Yavin - When I was younger, this would have been my favorite as I always loved when it got to this scene.
Everything with Yoda - One thing that stuns me is hearing about kids who find Empire boring. Hell, I actually have ADHD and I always loved the scenes with Yoda. It was like I was with Luke, learning to become a Jedi myself.
The Asteroid Field - Seeing the Falcon fly like that is just amazing. It even features my second favorite shot in all of Star Wars (see Binary Sunset for number one) when the falcon flies downwards with the three Star Destroyers behind/above it.
The Ending Scene of The Empire Strikes Back - Our heroes looking out into space, seeing the Falcon leave to find Han, with that wonderful music...just so good. It was my favorite end shot until The Force Awakens actually stole that place away.
The Rancor Pit - The rancor is such a cool creature and the effects stand up very well for the most part. Plus, the fight itself is great, with Luke having to be creative and observant.
The Battle of the Pit of Carkoon - It was our first real look at seeing a Jedi Knight in action against non-Sith. And it was glorious. Whenever I think of a Jedi, this is the scene that pops into my mind.
The Ewok Feast - I don't hate the Ewoks. I never have. Yeah, they are cute, but they aren't harmless. I mean, they were going to EAT LUKE, HAN, AND CHEWIE. That's hardcore, man. I also love how Luke got them out of that mess without resorting to violence.
The Battle of Endor (Space) - This battle is so awesome. Do I even need to say more?
The Duel in the Throne Room - To me, this is greatest lightsaber duel in the entire saga. Why? Well, the choreography is good without being too flashy, but what is going on between the characters just makes it fantastic, with the real battle being fought with words, not with swords. The idea of redemption elevates this duel. I also have always loved the music in the final moments of the duel. And I will give a rare compliment towards the prequels: you can see Vader learned his lesson from Mustafar by throwing his saber at Luke instead of jumping towards the walkway.

The entire Luke v Vader in ESB. Its creepy at some parts, like you expect a jump scare at some point.

Right in the feels, really. Especially since Anakin, who has just learned of his daughter quite recently, acknowledges her by telling that to Luke. Just to think about this scene and having read about their previous confrontations - Tantive IV, Death Star (ANH), Vader Down at Vrogas Vas (Vader Down comics), Cloud City - and what's coming for Leia afterwards really gets me emotional about this scene... Plus the slow tempo notes of "The Imperial March" playing on background adds even more feeling.

There are four scenes that compete for the top space:

"John Williams and the London Symphony Orchestra everybody!"

"Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter."

Considering the first time I saw this scene is my earliest Star Wars memory, it would be surprising for it not to be.
And finally, the duel between Luke and Vader in Return of the Jedi. It remains my favorite duel in the entire saga.

    5) Luke telling Leia that she's his sister
    4) Binary Sunset
    3) Vader vs Obi-Wan on the Death Star
    2) No, I am your father
    1) Luke trying to lift the X-Wing, and Yoda's teachings

That is my favourite scene in any movie. Yoda's speech shows how huge and powerful the Force is, and when he lifts it (and Luke's face as he does it) is a magical moment. And finally, "I don't believe it" "that is why you fail". It's truly a magical scene

As an added bonus too large to count, any scene with any of Artoo or Chewie's quirks, or with Boba Fett

Really the whole trilogy is my pick.

ANH, luke looking into the sun set(s), with that music it completes it.

I've got to go with the lightsaber fight at the end of ESB, too. The lighting, set, and the spare use of dialogue, and the silence during the search around corners and fighting, really made a great tense scene.

So many people have mentioned the binary sunset, but that's my favorite scene from ANH. I love how much gets conveyed through the simple means of a beautiful shot and wonderful music.

For ESB, that's really hard. The more I watch it, the more I love the whole movie.

And in ROTJ, once Luke and Vader meet, every scene with them. The emotional weight of not knowing what Luke is thinking or what he will do, Vader flat out saying there is no hope to be redeemed. Again, the more I watch those scenes the more I love them.

I tried thinking of just one particular scene that takes the cake, but I can't! Haha.

When I first saw the movies, my favorite scene was in the beginning when Leia was captured by Vader. She was so tough and cool.

Now when I watch them (which I did three times in 2015), the scene I can't bear to miss is Obi Wan's last fight with Vader.
