There were so many, but I would break it down to a few moments that really worked for me.

All of the jokes with Chewie, it's amazing how funny a nod or grunt can be.

But my favorite was the two stormtroopers turning around and going the other way during Kylo's tantrum.

i agree, the fact that it was the end of han solo basically made it emotional for me. in terms of their relationship, i have hope that it's fleshed out either in one of the episodic films or in a novel or a show or ANYTHING. i'm sure they'll give the back story on their relationship..

I'm finding the scene I still enjoy the most is the rage-fueled "Anything else?" destruction of the star destroyer control board.

Not sure why. I think it was then that it struck me that the somewhat immature yet refined Darkside nature of Kylo is what we envisioned seeing in Anakin-turned-Vader for the PT. Someone subject to fits of rage while most other times seemingly in control.

Plus it was just plain cool.

For me, this was easy, the fight scene when Rey and Fin first steal the Falcon, from when the Falcon first shows up to their final flight, I simply had chills the whole time. It helps that the Falcon is my Fav Sci Fi ship of all time, so when it first came on screen, I almost jumped out of my seat in joy, even knowing in advance it would be in the movie!

IMO, it is the first time the Falcon shows off just how bada$$ it is, which makes it, for me, probably one of the best scenes in ALL of the movies.

note: I dont have an issue with how well Ray knows the Falcon, as hints of her working on it before are dropped when her and Han discuss the compressor part that was added.

A close second is when Han goes into detail about Luke, the force and everything aboard the Falcon. From Rey's.. this is the Falcon, and Hans .... it was 12parsecs ... grumble.. grumble... 14 parsecs

i loved that, and the scene later when kylo went nuts after Rey escaped the interogation room and the 2 stormtroopers did an 'about-face' and walked away.

had i read about that scene as a spoiler before seeing TFA.. i would have scoffed at it and said that it was a bad idea. loved it :)

I liked JJ's Wilhem Scream in the Finalizer bay escape scene.
    :)

I still say too, JJ and Ksadan should of had Finn in a Baca Tank just like Luke in TESB. That would have been clever. Maybe with 2-1B watching over him, ;) .

    droid?
    stole ?
    a freighter!?

I still cant get over how expertly it was done.

there are so many great scenes. I agree with Old Biff that the openings scene is great. Lor San Tekka, Poe, Kylo, Finn all great.
    Hux's end-of-the-republic-speech
A lot of scenes with BB-8 and Chewie.
    Kylo's tantrums, the interrogations.
    The lightsaber battles.
    Han and Kylo's scene....
    The Force Back scene.
    First shot of Millenium Falcon.
    Rey's daily life on Jakku.
    Luke's scene. (that music)

But one that stands out is the scene with Han, FInn and Chewie outside on Starkillerbase. Sanitation?! That's not how the Force works! Oh, you're cold?
That scene is just great :p

But still I love the movie. There is too much to talk about XD

When Han makes his job offer to Rey. Such a great scene. The way Rey looks at Han and the way they both deliver their lines. "I wouldn't be nice to you, it doesn't pay much". It's just a perfect fun and emotional scene. I could imagine just watching Han, Rey and Chewie fly around in the Falcon and getting into adventures. The way it ends with Han saying "Chewie kinda likes you" and to see how happy it made her as she wrinkles her nose. Not to bash the Prequels, but this is the kind of charm and delight JJ was talking about. Just so much fun!

This scene made me think Han Solo had an "alterior motive" like maybe to protect or guide Rey in the future so she didn't turn out like Ben Solo.
JJ Abrams stated recently the 1st edited cut of the feature film ran about 2H51M. That might of contained more about Rey's force visions or dreams while she was on Jakku or how Han is related to her early life.

Over all, I agree it's a good scene, it adds to the OT giving way to the ST characters.

-The MF maneuvering through the crashed SD while dodging TIE fighters, already one of my favorite SW action beats ever.
-X-Wings skimming the surface of a lake, then using precision-targeting to hit Stormtroopers while they're on the ground, really cool as well.
-Chewie and Rey's grief-filled rampages after Han dies, especially Chewie's.
-The shot of Chewie and Rey in the cockpit of the MF before they go to find Luke. I hope that those two interact more in Episode VIII, they'd make great partners.

Loved it. In that moment, we were given a villain with depth. We knew Kylo was going to be different than all the baddies before him.
Tied for the interrogation scene with Rey- those extended closeups are liking being under a microscope and the range and clarity of his emotions was something to behold. If Adam Driver doesn't win Best Supporting Actor, I'll be terribly disappointed.

Also when he was carrying Rey away, and Finn yells her name. That was heartbreaking desperation. At that moment I realized that neither Finn or Rey would ever be alone in the world, not ever again.

The characters really carried this movie, for me. Wonderful new blood for the franchise, and I can't wait to see what happens in VIII.

    My 3 Favorite:

    1. Interrogation scene
    2. When the resistance X-Wings came up over the water to save the day
    3. When Luke turns around and removes his hood (Everyone started clapping in the theater!)

I don't know about flipping him the bird, but I definitely read a double meaning into the move. I feel like BB-8 was like, sure I'll buy your story for now, but if I find out you're screwing with me I'll torch your ass.
