So, what is your most important/favorite item you own from Star Wars? How did you find it? :)

A few months before TFA premiere,my best friend and I were contemplating whether to cosplay there or not. These months passed and we had forgotten about the subject until two days before TFA.I asked my grandma if she could make me and my friend a simple jedi cloak and she was like "pffft that's for amateurs"(she teaches sowing for a living). What do you know, next day I had two jedi cloaks at my disposal.I have a number of other SW memorabilia, but this one is my favourite because of the way I acquired it.

    Edit:What's yours HeirTrilogy?

I have a book signed by Timothy Zahn :) I met him at a book far about 5 years ago, there weren't too many people around (lunch time, I guess?) so we got to talk with him for about 10 minutes. He was very friendly and open to chatting about Star Wars, writing in general, and just whatever came up. So the book is special just because it came with a great experience! :)

That's pretty cool. I have a Kevin J. Anderson book signed by him from the Kansas City Comicon. He was really friendly and chatty as well.

The sweet oriental lady who does my wife's nails made a Jedi robe for me a few years ago. I tried to give her a pattern I had bought and she just looked at me and sized me up, and the next day called me to come pick it up. It was perfect.

My favorite Star Wars items are probably my vintage ATAT Walker and the ATST Walker. I actually found the ATAT Walker at a thrift shop for $27. Those have always been my favorite. I hope to one day find a Shuttle Tydirium that isn't way out of my budget.

The Phantom Menace t-shirt my mom bought for me to wear when we saw it in theaters...it's the black one with a ton of stars and Anakin Skywalker in his Naboo starfighter and I have it to this day

For ep. 7's opening night showing, I crocheted boot cuffs that look like the hilt of a lightsaber that I designed. I wore them all three times I saw TFA in theatres.

I'm not much of a collector, for the most part I just love watching the films themselves, but my LEGO Sith Infiltrator means a hell of a lot from my childhood. That thing is almost 10 years old.

Those are pretty cool! I've seen them around. I used to collect Pez dispensers (not particularly SW, just any) and the kinship of big-head-on-top-of-body makes me smile. Do you have a favorite one, or one that you have been searching for?

Would love to see them! That sounds like a neat project, props. I come from a long line of crocheters, but alas have been stuck at the chain stage for about 20 years. :)
