Now that the Sequel Trilogy is done and dusted, what were your favourite ships or vehicles?

It can be anything except for ships that have already appeared in the OT.

Ships and vehicles were a huge part of Star Wars for me as a child, the OT was amazing. Now that I'm old I do still have an interest in them but to be honest I didn't think there was too much new to get excited about in the ST.

    My favourites would be:

Rey's Speeder: Great looking battered old bike, I liked the netting on the side for carrying junk.

T70 X-Wing: Looks like a natural progression to the OT's T65 and a nod to Ralph McQuarrie's concept art.

RZ-2 A-Wing: Again a natural progression and a nod to Ralph McQuarrie's concept art.

So that's it for me, everything else I liked were in the OT, Falcon, Luke's X-Wing, Tantive IV, Star Destroyer etc.

Well, the x wings and a wings are kind of cheats to the conceit.
I’m very glad they brought back the b wings in TROS.

All three films paid homage to the design in the resistance troop transport in FO & speeders in TLJ.

I liked the flying wing style First order ship Snoke used.

I also liked the gorilla walkers and Kylos two TIEs, the wings were awesome.

Yes I will agree, the new X-Wings, A-Wing etc are kind of cheats but as you said most of the new ships and vehicles are updated versions from the OT.

Those (wings) I've listed I found the most improved, although I suppose the First Order two seater Special Forces version of the TIE Fighter was a nice idea. Think I'll add that to my OP.

Kylo's shuttle from TFA and TLJ:

I think my favorite ST ship is Kylo's silencer.

There's pretty much no ship I don't like though.

The Sequel Trilogy had a somewhat been-there-done-that vehicle design, but there were a few I liked.
DJ’s ship, with its spiral staircase and somewhat-luxurious interior and swivel chairs was my favorite. It hearkened back to the Royal Naboo ship, mixed with the Millennium Falcon of Solo.
My second-favorite ship design in the ST is Rey’s speeder from TFA, as someone pictured in the thread above. ^

Honestly I was not blown away by any ships in the ST.....now if this could be extended to the standalone movies, then it is a different conversation. With the U-Wing leading the way. Or, TV, with this beauty....

My favorite too. Unfortunately we barely see her in TROS.:(

Favorite ST ships: Luke's T-65 X-wing and Millennium Falcon
Favorite ST Ship (which didn't appear in the OT): If I had to pick one it be Snoke's ship (before it goes Holdo'ed)

    Cheers, KH
