No problem, just trying to help

 

OK i just finished season 1 last night for the first time, and i wanted to share my thoughts.
-i had a hard time getting into clone wars in the past
-the animation felt strange and unfamiliar to me, especially the lip syncing (that got better latter)
-the clones have mad respect for Skywalker. this respect translates to a certain kind of loyalty where they love fighting with him. (even though they don't have a choice)
-the clones are not soulless men, they are completely aware of their own actions. They are bred for war, and enjoy the heat of battle.
-i could be wrong on this one but, the clone troopers without any markings on their armor are equivalent to the red shirts.
-they have some really cool bad guys to fight, Ventress, and that cool cowboy bounty hunter dude kick ass.
-Anakin is actually more interesting in this cartoon then in the movies
-Its hard to believe that this teacher/defender of innocence/friend/secret husband turns into something so evil latter on.
-Even though we have an idea of who lives and who dies, we still have this feeling that anything could happen. its a great balance.

i look forward to season 2, and since its a snow day its about to be on like a marathon

 

Season 2 has some really awesome stories. Season 3 gets even better, and Season 4-6 is just some of the best TV and animation stuff in the world, let alone some of the best Star Wars material. I hope you enjoy it!

 

Speaking of which, I will try to do the next TCW review done tonight.

 

im on season 2 ep. 17 now and its good, i thought season 1 was better. im feeling good about season 3. ill admit i have skipped ahead to the last season with the Yoda episodes. that was AWESOME!

 

I know its so tempting, but the stories of Season 6 will feel even better after watching through all of them! Are you going by season or by official chronological order?

 

im going by season. i wasn't aware that they weren't already in chronological order... maybe i haven't been paying attention

WTH? what since does that make. lol. have you watched it in this order? did it make a difference?

 

In all honesty, it makes the earlier episodes flow better, and the weaker story lines have more weight and effect. You'll also need to watch the Utupau Arc, unfinished as it might be, afters Season 6.

Also watch the Clone Wars 2003 animated series. It is boss.
